The people who work there make the stay that one star extra. I was greeted in the parking lot. The front desk said hello before she even officially started work. That is a standard that should be replicated. I had a long drive and the friendliness soften the blow of the long day.

Front desk personnel were great, room was clean and beds were comfortable. The only issue was the shower / tub drain was slow. We didn’t use the pool, hot tub or fitness center as it was a quick overnight and back on the road.

It was a super easy check in and check out and the room was extremely clean and comfortable. The front desk staff and the breakfast workers were extremely friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was very good (the normal hotel breakfast but very hearty and filling). Would definitely stay here again.
