When I entered my room there was a strange man in my bed. I had to go back to the front desk dragging my luggage cart and get a new room assignment. This could have put me in a very dangerous situation. The housekeeper came into my room while I was in the shower even tho I had requested a late checkout and the fan for the heating system went off every 2 minutes and blew cold air. I could not sleep at all. The tile floor and bathtub were dirty. There was hair stick to the tile in the shower. I will never go there again.

I couldn't get into my room because after checking in the key did not work. The receptionist came up to let me in and still didn't work. Had to change rooms

Hotel did not meet my expectations

When we first checked in we had to ask for a new room because the tub in the room assigned to us had mold and the paint on the bottom was chipped horribly. The second room had an extremely loud AC unit that you could not adjust the temperature. It was hard to sleep because of the loud unit. The toilet handle was broken making it hard to flush the toilet without it getting backed up.

A little disappointed because our keys was disabled before checking out. Went down stairs for breakfast which was the only thing I was happy with and couldn’t get back into my room. Wife in shower had to open the door for me and it was not even 10:00.

It was ok. Kept getting locked out of room. Checked in on Friday night. Woke up to people coming into our room. When asked if could help them, they left without saying word. Then key did not work. Got reset on Saturday. Went out Sunday, and came back to non functional key. Hopefully no one entered while out. House keeping made bed day 1 but did not remove trash can. Day 2 left alone. So 3 nights without full room services. But overall it was decent compared to some of other places. But not Holiday Inn level standards.

The staff was friendly and the room spacious and spotless. Centrally located with lots of choices for food and drink. The continental breakfast was amazing! Will stay here again on our next visit..
