Rug in room is filthy and worn; must be replaced. the room has a very musty/moldy smell The exterior lock for night use not working nor set. The night clerk was very pleasant, efficient and helpful. He alone made the stay workable.

Great base if you are in Wilson
Nice, bright spacious room. Super cheerful and friendly staff at check-in. The hotel had gone "all out" on their Hallowe'en Decorations, which was charming. Secure spacious car park. Good water pressure and clean, fluffy towels. Good toiletries/amenities too - not those bottles screwed to the wall. The hotel is clearly undergoing renovations, so some parts are cleaner, fresher and more appealing than others. But they are obviously making changes for the better. Breakfast could have been much better. It is time that hotels (not just this one) realised that waffles, sugary breakfast cereal and packaged "pastries" are not a healthy start to the day for most guests.

The hotel was reasonably priced, clean, quiet and staff were friendly and helpful. It’s not fancy but perfect place for a football weekend. We had a very late arrival due to a delayed flight. The staff had our rooms ready. The night staff was excellent. The hotel close to several fast food restaurants. It was walking distance to Cracker Barrel, McDonald’s and Chick fil a. Across the street, there are many more quick bite places. I will be staying at this property again. It was clean and easy!

The floor in the bathroom by the tub was broken and sunken in. The beds were very uneven and delapitated and the sheets were dirty. Staff next morning was rude and annoyingly loud.

We reserved a first floor room, called 3 days prior to arrival, this was confirmed. But on was put on the 2nd floor. This was not convenient for us. The room was recently renovated but was apparently done by an inexperienced contractor, too many to list them all. I would assume that the contractor has quite a punch list

Great hotel to stop. We've used it twice for our concerts around that area. Friendly staff. Nice clean, newly updated and renovated. Will definitely stay there again.

Hallway and stairs carpet was dirty and threadbare. The bathroom sink plunger could not be opened so it got filled up with dirty water fast. The toilet leaked and made noise whole night. There were kids running around in the hallway at midnight! Since most customers are travelers (on I-95) staying for one night, they get away with not fixing things.
