Discover this unique house located just 5 minutes from the beach in Coma-Ruga!
Divided into two independent flats, this house is ideal for trips with family or friends, as it offers an additional level of privacy in relation to other conventional houses. On the upper level there are two bedrooms, a bathroom and a living-dining room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. In addition, this level has a private terrace directly overlooking the swimming pool.
On the lower level we find the remaining three bedrooms, a bathroom and as on the upper level, the living-dining room and open plan kitchen. Furthermore, there is direct access to the swimming pool from the living room. There is also a barbecue next to the pool, ideal for outdoor dining.
The beach is only 550m away, and the beautiful village of Roc de Sant Gaietà is only 1km away.

1. To guarantee compliance with current regulations on citizen security, this establishment requires online check-in through its own channel, and may request the image of their ID and/or selfie from the tourist. For these purposes, the necessary measures will be adopted to avoid its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access.
2 . DISPOSAL OF MANDATORY GARBAGE Upon leaving the house, if leftovers of food/drinks or any other type of waste are left, a penalty of €200 will be charged from the deposit.
3. This accommodation does not accept groups of young people. NO PETS. NO SMOKING inside the house. PARTIES are NOT allowed. Any damage caused to the furniture will be deducted from the deposit.
4. Tourist tax 1.10eur per person, maximum 7 days, applies to people over 16 years of age. (Law 5/2012, of March 20 of the Parliament of Catalonia)
5. Passport or travel document details will be required from all guests upon arrival.
6. The deposit (€300) will be blocked on the credit card at the time of delivery of the keys and will be released 7 days after departure if the house has not suffered any damage)
7. For long stays of more than 28 days, supply costs are not included.
8. Key collection: c/ Vilamar 88A, Calafell, Beach Front Apartment Agency. Arrivals after 21:00h. and Check-ins that end after 21:00h. will have a supplement of €50.
