Older hotel in the Campnile chain. Need a car. But good value if not expecting super comfort.

Good for an overnight stop
The staff were friendly and pleased to help answer any questions. This is not a corridor hotel but the rooms whilst small are clean and tidy and perfectly adequate. Obviously in poor weather it might not be so good having to walk even the short distance from your room to the restaurant and reception. whilst on the edge of an industrial estate there is a field on one side of the hotel. It is about a 20 minutes walk up into Rodez and up quite a steep hill. It seems that the rooms have been refurbished and in our case were exceptionally clean. beds were comfortable. Walking to the Lidl supermarket takes about 5 minutes. The restaurant at the hotel seemed quite popular.

Clean, efficiency style motel. Missing teapot or coffee pot to use the free tea bags. Beds roll away from the wall if up lean up in bed to resd. So annoying. Quiet, dark, OK to sleep. Staff not too friendly or helpful...I felt processed by a corporate machine not welcomed.

This hotel is right in the middle of an industrial park... not the most pleasant and uplifting of locations. This Hotel itself is fine, but like other Campaniles we stayed in, in France, the restaurant had a lack of vegetarian options

Was just an overnight stay on way back to airport for flight home. Very nice evening meal. Hotel clean, comfortable, easy to find off main road. Very helpful and pleasant check in staff.

Très déçu de l'accueil. Pas de lumière dans les escaliers.Dans tous les hôtels, il y a eu une petite serviette et une grande par personne. Là, pas de petite, ni de repose-valise, qu'une table de nuit. Petit passage entre le lit et le mur.Pas de restaurant, alors que sur le site, ils vantent leur menu gourmand.Une chose positive est le petit-déjeuner. Pour le prix de la chambre, la qualité est mauvaise. La veille, nous étions dans un hôtel à un prix inférieur, et toutes les prestations étaient supérieures au campanile.

pour la propreté RAS erreur de N° de chambre pour notre fils!! 38 au lieu de 30 ! il a fallu qu'il se déplace 3 fois pour accéder au bon numéro de chambre et qu'il dérange le locataire de la chambre 38! de plus j'ai acquitté la facture présentée le soir or il s'avère qu'elle ne mentionnait pas la chambre de notre fils! la personne qui l'a éditée ne semblait pas très douée en informatique! Je ne suis pas partie comme une voleuse j'ai fait confiance à la facture présentée. Il reste au responsable de prélever le montant sur ma carte bancaire dont il a l'empreinte! Je lui fait confiance peut-être à tort! Je ne garde pas un excellent souvenir de ce campanile et pourtant je fréquente vos établissements depuis de nombreuses années et j'ai été toujours satisfaite. J'ajouterai que pour le repas la carte n'existant plus le montant de ce que l'on commande reste mystérieux (vin café ) les plats sont écrits sur un panneau qui n'est pas éclairé!! Je ne pense pas revenir dans cet Hôtel à Rodez!
