Tried to check in at 2:30 pm. Had a wedding to be at at 5:00. I was told there were no rooms available... yet. I was told they would call when something became available. Set in the parking lot until 4:00 pm. Never received a phone call. Day shift front desk staff performed poorly. The night shift front desk staff was excellant.

Convenient location and close to concert venue we were visiting for. Staff was friendly though appeared they over booked rooms and we waited 30 minutes to check in. Rooms were clean and very spacious but had very low water pressure for showers. Our friends had no water at all. Overall good experience and would probably stay again.

Great stay - breakfast staff not helpful
Loved the two-bedroom condo suite with 2 separate restrooms. One of the restrooms had a toilet that was very wobbly. The breakfast bar was empty when we went and the kitchen staff was talking and playing around in the kitchen. We never got anything fresh brough out, so we ate oatmeal. It was still 1.5 hours from time to close the breakfast bar, so it wasn't last minute on our part.

Disappointing!
We have always stayed at the Candlewood/Staybridge Suites family of hotels in the Fayetteville area and LOVE them. This was hands down the most run down and worst one. The staff was not horrible, but the service was not up to par. The lady serving breakfast was unprofessional and ran out of food quickly. She blamed it on broken appliances in the kitchen. Either the washers or dryers were also out of sevice. And this was the first time at this hotel chain that we have been denied a late check out. All these issues wouldnt have been a huge deal, except that it was my wife's birthday trip. VERY disappointed!
