I just needed a place to crash, this turned out to be a good room, good rate, with a few fast food options very near by & seemed like if I had to stay longer there were other things close by like grocery stores & other businesses. The pool looked nice from a distance but I didn’t have time to try it or get a closer look.

Just OK. Not great.
The ice machine was broken and so I didn't have any ice. My whole stay. The television remote only half of the buttons worked. So I had to have the front desk come to turn up the sound. Aside from that it was okay.

This hotel was not willing to recognize my reservation for a king size handicap room that I had a confirmation code for. They said that unfortunately sometimes a third party (Expedia) overbooks and they didn’t have an accessible room for me. I had to decline their offer for another room that was not a handicap room. I book an accessible room because I need one.

The staff at the front desk had no customer service skills, didn’t smile one time, and I dealt with two of them. Then had to be moved rooms due to my son finding what appeared to be vomit next to the bed on the floor and one bed had a huge stain on the white comforter. The pool was only open until 6pm.

The room was not as pictured. Staff was rude, TV did not work. The line was long and the police was called upon by a customer due to extra charges. Cleaning staff "Steve" was drunk and still drinking in the morning.
