I can tell you what I don't like and that's the fact that I prepaid for my room and now they're trying to tell me that the price went up and they're going to charge me more money for the room I've already paid for what a rip off and I will see them in court

Our 2 queen bed suite smelled like smoke, bad. The front desk did not care and said they were sold out of rooms. It’s the next day and everyone’s throat hurts. Do not book with this property for this type room if you do not want a smoke smelling room. The entire property appears to be housing long term residents, there’s garbage all over the stairs and parking lot, the front desk refused to give extra towels for the pool. Was horrid. There is a safest and Starbucks nearby.

NEVER AGAIN!!!!! WOKE UP IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT TO USE BATHROOM AND TURNED THE LIGHT ON AND COCKROACHES FLED EVERYWHERE!!!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED.....ICE MACHINE WAS BROKEN...ROOMS ARE VERY SMALL.

Our room liek toilet water so in morning we move to another room and it smelled bad also the nite before they say they would comp a room because of the leaking toilet water that didn't happen I'm done with this

On the fourth. We had no light's for most of night and we just went with it only to wake up on the 5th to waterr leaking through the roof fromm to upstairs and brought it to staff attention and the right people that and other disruptive issues wasn't what I call a relaxing stay anywhere

Every request we made was ignored. Needed another pillow, they said they would bring one and didn't. The floor was filthy they said they only clean when people check out. The phone didn't work they didn't fix it, the room had glow in the dark graffiti that was terrifying on the walls and they didn't even care to look at it. The ice machine was broken, it's apparently been broken for a long time. Door was bashed in and the frame didn't match unless you pushed really hard.... otherwise you could leave your room thinking it was locked and you could just pull the door and walk in. Apps not allowing me to send photos

The receptionist/clerk was sociable and professional. Unfortunately the experience was down hill from there. The facility was decrepit, the room was horrendous, and the atmosphere was repugnant. The parking lot was littered with needle caps and feces. The room was repulsive with stains, burns, and overall disarray. The nighttime consisted of adjacent transient and drug induced debauchery which resulted in the worst sleep of my life. Holistically the worst hotel/motel experience. Do better.
