We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the hotel. It’s awesome to know that they have an Uber service if you reserve through the hotel, from the airport. We will be returning to stay three more times in the next two months after this experience..

Penta hotel have us a beautifully decorated room with a non-working air conditioner. We asked for another room adm told to wait foe the fan to work. Then another phone call with no change and now no any rooms available. Another phone call and we were relocated to another room down the hall…at 4:00am, no sleep for our 8am flight :(

the location is near the airport which is great, but aside from that; very dirty, stained walls and carpet. Don't remove your shoes in the room! The lobby was nice and the restaurant wasn't bad. We could not get over the stained, filth in the room. Something spilled or someone vomited on the rug and it was left to fester. Weird decor in the room. Luckily only stayed one night

Amazing property, clean, well organized and spacious. The checkin was slow as the staff did not acknowledge us even when they were free and we were the only ones standing in front of the check in counter, but once we approached them, it was quick. They arranged a Uber back to the airport quickly, thanks for that. I will stay there again.

We only stayed there because it was near the airport so we could catch an early flight to the USA. But it was quite far from the CDG airport: an 18 euro cab ride to a cluster of hotels far outside the airport. No one at CDG could tell us where to get the bus shuttle to the hotel. And when we checked in, the desk said it did not have a shuttle. They arranged an Uber ride for us to get back to the airport. No breakfast. The information on the Hotels.com web site was false.

Good Hotel but no AC
I stayed one night. The hotel is very cool looking and very interesting decor. However, in hotels.com and the hotel website says there is air conditioning. This hotel is a "4" star hotel. Before I went to bed turned the Air conditioning on. Air conditioning never got below 20c. Around 445am, I called receptionist and they said they would have someone come by around 10 mins. 20 mins later no one was there and I called again. They said a tech will have to come 830/9am. I told them to not worry about since I was checking out in the morning around 930am. Two spoke in french and then hung up the phone without apologies for this issue.
