Ciudad Quesada is part of the renowned Costa Blanca South. It is "A Place in the Sun" with approximately 320 sunny days a year and with exceptional attractions - stunning nearby beaches, excellent golf courses, vibrant waterparks, diverse shops, lively bars, and exquisite restaurants.
The 11 km long sandy blue flag beach of Guardamar is located 5 km away. Similarly, 5 minutes drive will take us to the La Marquesa Golf Club.
The Villa is fully air-conditioned (all rooms plus the living and dining area except the third bedroom). Wi-Fi, IPTV (English, German and Spanish channels)are available. The kitchen is completely equipped with fridge-freezer, oven, hob, extractor, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine. The living room is spacious with a three-seater + two seater sofas and an armchair. The dining area will accommodate six to eat comfortably. Heating is ensured by the fireplace and air-conditioning units. There is a designed, attractive garden area with a private pool of 8X4 meters and sunbathing area complete with garden furniture, barbecue, and sunbeds. The spacious, partly covered balcony offers beautiful views over the area.
We take extra steps to clean and disinfect our villa to avoid same-day changeover to ensure proper time for cleaning.
