Beautiful house with fully equipped kitchen, bbq area, separate bedroom, high quality appliances, blankets, bath towels, & little soccer field.* 3 complete bathrooms, wifi, HDTV, cable with HBO & Cinemax, fireplace, air conditioning in all spaces, & power generator.

It also included sheets, towels, plates, silverware, and more for guests who stay the night.

Checkin is at 2pm and checkout is at 11.

The space can accommodate 9 guests total. After 6 guests, there is an additional cost of $20usd per person for overnight guests. If there are more than 4 day guests, apart from those who stay the night, there are additional costs.

If guests stay more than 1 week, additional costs are waived. Send us a message for details so that we can coordinate your small event/party of no more than 25 people, including those that stay the night.

Quiet hours start at 10 pm. Any event or party needs to conclude at that time.

One of the bedrooms is separate from the house behind the bbq area. It has its own complete bathroom and can sleep 4 of the 9 possible guests.

Keep in mind that our neighborhood is calm and quiet. The house is perfect for enjoying a day surrounded by nature.

Guests will have access to all parts of the loft, back bedroom, soccer field, pool, & bbq area. A groundskeeper that lives in the small front house is there to attend all your needs 24/7.

For additional costs we also offer art workshops, professional sound system and sound engineer, & cook/asador.

If you are interested in hosting an event or birthday party with no more than 25 guests during the day, send me a message for the details and additional costs. There is no cost for the first 4 day guests. If you are staying for 5 days or more, 1 small event of no more than 25 guests during the day is included. For events, please be mindful of the grounds, our neighbors, & treat the house as if it were your own.

Our neighborhood is calm and quiet. The house is perfect for enjoying a day surrounded by nature. The town of Roldán is simple and quiet with a few great places to get a bite to eat, horseback ride, or just stroll through the park.

Just two blocks from the house there is an express bus that travels to the center of Rosario. It costs 36 pesos (~$2usd) and takes 40 minutes to arrive at Plaza Sarmiento.
