The only issue was the shower water temperature would fluctuate drastically from freezing cold to scalding. This would happen during every single shower and it didn’t matter what time of day. No joke burning hot….so that alone would make me not return. They have no irons either just a steamer that you would have to go downstairs to reception and get every time you wanted it.

The Hive Hotel is quite new, beautiful, and clean. However, it lacks sufficient services. For example, we had an early flight and needed to leave for the airport at 6:30 a.m., but there was no breakfast available at that time, not even a place to grab a coffee. It would be great if the hotel could provide some basic amenities for guests with early departures.

Great stay will stay there again because of its proximity to the train station. It’s close but far enough so perfect!! Had great food options near by and the best gelato plus they have the market (vendors) to the left down the street.

I stayed here for my 25th birthday and so happy I did! The room was clean with a tv, unfortunately not a smart tv but fine none the less, good space and air conditioning which was very important since temperatures in Rome reached 35 degrees! Amazing clean bathroom, modern decor throughout and looked exactly like the pictures, it was also close to a lot of attractions like the Spanish steps, colosseum, and Trevi fountain, if ever in Rome again I’d love to stay here again!

This hotel was perfect. It was clean and very modern with a roof top bar for benefit. The only negative I would say is the area, it’s not really central to main attractions and we did have to take a taxi a lot as it was to hot to walk long distances when we stayed. Would be better in cooler weather maybe, would stay again!!

The staff were friendly and polite and the hotel was very clean. The rooms did not have much of a vibe but they were quiet. The restaurant didn’t have a ton of options for vegetarians, and the spa and gym seemed nice but we didn’t have time to use either. I would probably return!

Very clean
Very clean and beautiful hotel. It is in a great spot everything is less than 2 miles from hotel except Vatican City ( about 15 min taxi ride). Places to eat every half block . Room size was perfect for 2 people. Private bathroom and balcony. Spring for the breakfast it is well worth it. Restaurant on the room top is also amazing and beautiful. It has a SPA ( I did not actually use it) Excellent experience and room for the price. It was a great deal!

Amazing stay at this hotel! I was impressed with the space and location particularly! Wish the showers had a better proportional share between hot and cold water but apart from that the overall experience was amazing! I would highly recommend people travelling to Rome for the first time to stay here as it's such a convenient location and very walkable to most attractions.

This was an amazing property, amazing large rooms, really good for families too. The hotel staff were amazing and very friendly and helpful. It is in a good location,walkable to all the main attractions. Amazing stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
