We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment with a terrace and it was PERFECT. The neighborhood was close to many food options, a grocery store, and just a 10 minute walk to the train/Metro. The daily morning pastries were delicious. The staff was so welcoming and helpful. The space was clean and quiet. One member of our group had a different room, and although small, it had everything she needed for a clean, quiet sleeping space. Truly a wonderful stay.

We enjoyed staying at this hotel as they were very kind and we enjoyed the fresh buns every morning and the fresh yogurt and juice in the mini fridge. It was unique and great location.

This was by far the best stay I've ever had! The room was spacious enough for two families, including children. It's conveniently located close to the main train station in Rome, making it easy to access all the top attractions in the city. Thank you for hosting me and my family!

Alessandro was very detailed and helpful in recommending spots to eat. The hotel itself is so cute and everything was very clean. The included minibar, snacks and coffee machine are convenient. I also got wine as a VIP access client which was delish. The only thing I would mention is that the walk from the train station with luggage is more like 15 minutes and there isn’t large signage that you have arrived at the hotel. Overall a really great stay. Close to colosseum and other points of interest. Loved it here

Great location; about a 10-minute walk to the train station, and close to bus stop. The Basilica Santa Maria Maggiore is right down the street. Lots of cafes, restaurants, churches, convenience stores, shops nearby. Staff were all friendly and professional,. Very helpful. Free breakfast croissants, bread, juices. Love that there was a washer and detergent available. Very clean and modern. Would highly recommend this place for families. We will surely stay here when we travel back to Tome.

Location, location, location! This property is wonderfully situated to access main attractions - The Colosseum, Forum, Palatine Hill, Trevi, Spanish Steps, etc., all 1.0-1.5 miles walking. Termini Station is a 10 minute walk for public transportation. The best part is after a long day of site-seeing, the food options in the area are wonderful. Catch a short nap in the afternoon and then a short walk to dinner right on via Urbana or by the Opera House. The staff is courteous and helpful. The unit we stayed in was well kept with a daily option to have cleaning come through. To be clear, this is not a hotel in the traditional sense, but a set of condo units in a larger complex that are centrally managed onsite. You'll need to look at the doorbell console to find "Aenea Superior" (this took a moment to realize). We had a large 2 bedroom unit which held our family of 5 nicely. Like all old building, there are some sections of the walls that are thin and its possible to hear other units at times, but nothing beyond 11:00 PM really. I would recommend this place and gladly stay here again.

Aenea is close to everything. It's right in the center city of Rome. Staff is wonderful and you can always reach out to their manager via whatsapp should you need anything. Initial check in is quite tricky but once you checked in, it will be smooth sailing from there. Highly recommend this place.

He leido que mucha gente tiene mucha queja acerca de ruidos y mayormente del desayuno , pero la contradicción a todo esto ,es que ellos mismos fueron los que escogieron este hotel.. con todo y solo ofrecian.. y por lo barato que era , esto si no critican ,entonces si querian desayunos saludables , con frutas y demas .. y no ruido segun ellos …hey ! Facil , escojan un hotel mas “ prestigioso” donde le brinden lo que exigen y punto . Si uno escoge un hotel es porque esta dentro de sus posibilidades y sus necesidades. Ahora en mi opinion , que estuvimos hospedados mi esposo y yo , una semana entera , y que ademas no estuvimos prácticamente dos dias, porque estuvimos en Florence , fue idea de ultimo minuto ir a conocer alla , regresamos y todo estaba bien ,quiero decir que es un hotel de confianza , todo el tiempo teniamos cuarto limpio.. acerca de ruidos fue muy poco lo que sentimos,excepto por el rodaje de una maleta que pasaba por nuestra puerta , una que otra persona hablando en corto tiempo ,pero nada molesto porque no poniamos mente a eso.. Otra , es que siempre el hotel te provee de jugos, mantequillas , mermeladas , café instantáneo o para hacer en la maquina, azucar ,leche,cookies como snacks ,te ,yogurts , miel ,como parte del desayuno..todo esto esta dentro de tu cuarto ..los panes lo dejan en una canasta afuera, Ahora , para una estadia larga ,debes pedir que te cambien las toallas y que no te dejen pan afuera, yo SI lo recomiendo totalmente .
