The staff was friendly courteous helpful with everything from recomedations for restaurants to getting taxi's for us. Our room had a balcony where we could smoke and that was key for us.

The facilities are fabulous! I must say the water pressure was my favorite part of our stay. The rooms are definitely larger than I expected. Friendly staff, about 5 minutes from Roma Termini. Some of the areas around the hotel felt sketchy

An excellent hotel. Clean, friendly staff and excellent facilities including tv, mini fridge, and toiletries. Really friendly welcome on arrival and offered a guide to help us work out where to go. Location is excellent, lots of restaurants around , mini markets and a 5 min walk from Rome Termini. About 15 min walk down the main road to the colleseum and forum. Would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting rome. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The big room was very spacious and perfect for two. The vicinity to the Termini station with the access to national trains and Rome’s metro was beyond convenient. The bar had very good coffee!

The stay was good and comfortable. Although the room size was small. Rooms were cleaned daily and the hotel was quite accessible to all the major rome landmarks and very close to the main train terminal.

Good location
No air con in room. Room was too warm and uncomfortable, apart from that the hotel was great. Would definitely stay again as the location was fantastic to all the sites in Rome.

ROOM TOO SMALL!! Our room was so small we couldn’t open both suitcases. Temperature in the shower randomly went too hot and then too cold. The room heating control was also substandard. Close to Termini station which left us feeling less than safe with the less savory people in the area. Beds were high tech and could raise and lowered head or feet. Breakfast was the best part of our stay.
