The hotel is nice and near everything in Rome. We had a few small issues with AC and the room keys not working but overall it was a nice place to stay.

Booked a stay at this hotel in August of 2024. Hotel has good reviews, it was apparent after walking into the lobby that the hotel did not have working air conditioning. Once checking into the room, there was no air conditioning in the room. Each night in this room was miserable, it was 80 degrees. We asked the staff to provide air conditioning and we received an old wobbly fan instead. Would not stay here again. Very disappointed.

We loved the location, fairly close to the Spanish steps with great restaurants nearby. Disappointing limited breakfast. Updated interiors but too little light in the bathroom, hard mattress. Our A/C worked well but not our friend’s room despite complaints. Staff helpful with everything but A/C for friends.

Room was clean and comfortable. The front desk and breakfast staff were very helpful and friendly. My daughter and I walked everywhere from this property and felt safe walking back at night. The property is on hill so when you are tired and walking back keep that in mind.

What a lovely find this hotel was, well positioned and within a 10 minute walk to the Spanish Steps, 15 minutes to the Trevi Fountain. There are a few restaurants very close to the hotel and other amenities also. The hotel itself is very clean and tidy and the staff were excellent and more than happy to help in any way they could. The breakfast buffet was small but perfectly adequate, great pastries and fresh fruit, eggs, bacon and cooked meats. I really can’t fault this hotel at all, when we return to Rome which we will, we’ll definitely look to rebook here.

SERVICE AT BREAKFAST AMAZING, ESPECIALLY DANIELLE!!! AIR CONDIOTONING IN THE ROOMS WERE NOT WORKING, AND THE STAFF NEVER DID ANYTHING TO FIX IT, THEY WERE VERY NICE ANSWERING THE COMPLAINT BUT DID NOT DO ANYTHING TO FIX THE A/C, SO RESTING AT NIGHT WITH THE HOT WEATHER IN THE ROOM WAS DIFICULT

The hotel room was ok. Though the air con wasn’t working properly and the excuses were patronising. The hotel lacked the service it needed to warrant a 4 star. Room was ok but dark and not worth the money paid. Waiter at breakfast was nice and friendly and the staff at reception were as nice as they could have been considering the circumstances. A little disappointed really Rome was too hot Terrible transportation Which should have been compensated with a nice stay in the hotel but sadly that didn't happen. What a shame
