We chose the Best Western Plus Hotel Universo as it is walking distance from the Rome train station. We were upgraded to a larger room with sofa bed. It suited us very well. The breakfast had a lot of options and staff was very attentive with coffee orders. We ate dinner one night at the restaurant which served some Roman classics and it was good. Overall, would stay again and recommend this hotel.

Very nice property. Rooms were ver nice, and the balcony was useful! Walking distance from Rome Termini with lite bags. I only had one breakfast there, but what I had was a good value for what they charge! I would recommend to fellow travelers!

This property was great. We felt very safe and the staff from top to bottom were excellent with assisting us with any needs. They were polite and willing to go above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing. I would highly recommend it and it was close to a metro terminal and many of the attractions.

This was my fifth stay at this Hotel. Staff always accommodating. Included breakfast is excellent. Only negative,,, sidewalk outside Hotel entrance full of potholes & uneven. Easy to trip & fall. Other Hotels nearby have repaired their sidewalks.
