The property is based in a perfect location, within walking distance of most main attractions. The staff I had contact with were all extremely polite, and helpful and had a lovely smile with each contact. I sincerely loved the hotel and the service provided. Many thanks CC Palace staff for making my stay a perfect one.

The property is very well maintained, modern settings I loved the rooms very comfortable beds. The breakfast was delicious specially the coffee variety such as macchiato, cappuccino. Loved the rooftop at night. There’s a small market next to the hotel very convenient and also a restaurant. Overall very pleasant stay.

The room was very clean , near many landmarks. Hotel arranged a taxi from airport. We had the executive suite for 5 people and it was a little tight, it would have been helpful to have additional luggage racks. We had to leave early and the hotel had bags ready for us that had a generous amount of food since we missed breakfast that morning. It was a lovely stay.

Good hotel, clean and safe and i was pleasantly surprised.. Close walking distance to all the attractions especially colloseum. The staff are very friendly and helpful whether its reception or the breakfast. Would def recommend this hotel and area. Walter was really helpful too 😊 They cater for gluten free for breakfast. It would be good if they could fit a small gym area somewhere as i missed working out.

Great option, close to train station
Pros: About 15 min walking from Roma Termini. Clean, modern, good breakfast. Great bathroom with enormous shower, one of the largest I’ve seen at European hotels. Everything on the mini bar was only 2 euros. Would stay here again! Taxi to airport can be arranged from hotel for 50 euros. Only con: One of the waitresses during breakfast was incredibly rude. Everyone else was great.

Great quiet, clean hotel. Staff was friendly. We got early check in and, as we checked out prior to breakfast time due to early flight, staff packed us breakfast boxes. Very pretty, modern amenities.
