Great location in the centre of the city. Literally a street away from pantheon and streets leading to all main sights of Rome. The property was perfect with an entrance and view onto the Main Street. Comfy beds and very clean. We were able to leave our luggage in reception area at check out until later in the day as we had a late flight. As a consideration. This is an unmanned property. We did encounter an issue where the upper door handle into the apartment block was broken and we could not get in at 11pm using the key code. Another guest responded to our banging and let us in. They also had difficulty opening the door. The door was then left open/ adjar as it’s clearly an issue. Not a security risk as all other Doors into apartments have secure locks but could have resulted in us being locked out all night! Hopefully this is now fixed as we did have to contact the staff at the time to see if they could get someone locally to let us in?

This place was perfect location to everything, the room was so much larger than I expected the pictures do not do it justice for a standard room and had everything you needed. I would recommended this to anyone travelling to Rome, we will definitely be visiting again!

The location is fabulous. The price for the place is great. But be aware that there’s no elevator. It’s written in additional information. Not the place to stay if you have a lot of lugguage or small children or have trouble with stairs. But again the price and location is great esp if you’re traveling light or if you’re young.

Fantastic room, well designed with a large bathroom (shower only), two sinks, air conditioned bedroom with a small fridge and very welcoming and friendly staff. There is one TV with Netflix, one chair and a couch which becomes a bed. The location is above a busy street, filled with outdoor dining, street vendors and occasional buskers. It is incredibly central and in walking distance of most of Rome’s major attractions and it is the location that you are mostly paying for. The downside is it can be a little noisy late at night but it’s worth it for the atmosphere and location. My only gripe with the property is that calling this a suite is simply not true and Expedia claimed that it had a separate sitting room which it doesn’t. The sofa bed is on top of the main bed and travelling with a !6 year old who likes his own space we felt very aggrieved at being misled by the website description and would never have booked this room if we had known. It led to a lot of stress and very little sleep which spoiled our trip but it is suitable for a younger family or adults who don’t mind sharing. Once you know this I would highly recommend it as a great base from which to explore Rome.

Great B&B awesome location!
Great B&B 1 block from the Pantheon! Awesome location with plenty of restaurants and gelato options. No one is at the reception desk, but everything was communicated through WhatsApp which was no hindrance. We were able to get transportation ask questions and received answers right away with Luca. We will definitely stay here our next visit to Rome!

Great location
Room and hotel was great. Great location near pantheon. Only issue was the noise from other guests closing doors so loud. Understandably this is not in the hands of the hotel. Depends on which guests you have and if they are considerable at the time. Its ok if you are a deep sleeper but if you are not then you will be woken up! I wouldn’t let this deter you from booking if you can cope with this!

It’s located at the heart for Rome, most attractions are within walking distance approximately 5-10min. Loved the location, the room, amenities, and the owners who greeted us were so friendly! We booked this place for 1day stay, before we headed back to home, and especially after long journey (9days)in Italy, we’re ready to go back home. But with after seeing such a lovely place with easy check in and near most attractions, it made us wanting to stay extra day. :) Many hotels in Italy don’t have 24/7 front desk, so be sure to check the check-in time.
