Great location, okay stay.
Great location! I stayed here in December 2024, I had some problems with the room, but they were resolved quickly. The rooms are a good size, but you may need earplugs as you can hear everything happening outside your room - from the elevator, to other guests in the hall etc. There we no real curtains, but they weren't needed as the shutters did a great job. It's not so much a hotel, you stay in a room in an 'apartment', the lift is at the end of a corridor, outside. But it was a pleasant enough stay.

Spacious room, clean and staff cleaned our room and gave us new towels when needed. Shower was nice and big. Had hot water consistently and/or when needed. Staff were friendly. Property is close to bus and metro station (.03 mile) although, walk dies include uneven cobblestone road and up hill incline, not too steep, but noticeable. Italy, Rome area specifically, has many inclines and/or steps, definitely a work out. Unfortunately, the mattress was very thin and not comfortable. Hear control in the room what challenging and we could not control it well. When it was too warm we had to open a window for a bit. The TV controller did not work and we were up to early or back to late to ask for assistance. There was only one person at the desk and apparently did not communicate with the other person. We were told the hotel could give us a shuttle to the airport for 55 euros but the other person said he couldn’t until reminded of what colleague said, he then said it would cost 60 euros. Overall, the property is nice, has an elevator (small, only fit 2 person with carry one luggage.) larger bags or more people will not fit at one time. We had 4 let’s, one to our room, one to an outdoor, one to the property door and I’m not sure about the last key. Pretty big key ring, which is needed to activate the lights in the room. It’s a flat metal piece that slips into a slot next to the door to activate the lights and keep them on unless you manually turned them off. Good public transp

Be wary.
Absolutely awful. The guy next door had his things stolen from his room and saw fit to swear, scream and shout until 4am through the paper thin walls. No one to help in the hotel. Reviews say that stealing from the safe happens often in this hotel.

It was a nice stay, except their blowdryer was awful and they loan me a plug adapter and when I plugged my blowdryer in the wall it immediately blew my blowdryer. $200 blowdryer down the drain. I wish they would have warned me about wattage. There’s no sign or indication. My room had no elevator access so I had to walk a flight of stairs. They offered to change my room to one smaller than the one I booked and I declined. The stairs were no a problem for me but might be for others. The cleaning staff was excellent. The location close to everything. Check in went smoothly. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

The place was nice, a little hard to find kind of tucked into the wall of buildings. Check in went well, everything was nice until night 2. No hot water. In the AM checked in with the desk because no one had communicated nothing. They said the water heater had broken and they were hopeful it would be fixed by afternoon. We had plans so we went about our day. NO hot water when we can back, no notes or communication about the situation. Day 4 same story from desk, again went out for day, came back, NO hot water and NO communication. Day 5 same thing, morning of day 6 they advised a room on other side of property could be used for showers so we finally got a bath, yeaaa. With no fixes and nothing being told, wife and kid were very upset, I just found another hotel and we left, they did not offer anything to make up for no hot water for 5 of our 6 days. They had my local number, my email, and could of left a note at least so that we would have known what was going on, and not just a suprise when we came back from a day out exploring Rome to find no hot water.
