Only 1 night stay for Cruise next day. ($250 a night) Allowed early check in. Elevator to 3rd floor stairs to stay in our room 4th floor (actually 5th floor, since it was attick room). No coffee maker, bathroom clean but no counterspace. Main room ok but room felt worn. Glass protector on desktop cracked. No coffee pot. Hotel is tucked away on narrow side street and up the hill. Hardly ever complain about travel but need to make others aware. I would not stay there again.

Perfect location, walk away from trevi fountain, colosseum, and lots of restaurants! Only complaint would be that the bed wasn’t super comfortable, but overall great stay!

I like the fact that it was located close to some of the sights like Trevi fountain, Spanish steps, the pantheon wasn’t too far, colosseum was about 30 min walking but enjoyable. The rooms was very small barely enough room for the luggage, the hours of the lobby is 9-6 although the staff was very nice.

Kevin was very nice and helpful with our luggage. Our room was the Design Suite. I specifically booked this room for the jacuzzi tub. We have been doing alot of traveling and was excited to use this! But when we turned it on, all this black dirt came spilling in non stop! We had to jump out the tub . My husband told Kevin but it didn’t bother him, neither did he apologize. He just asked if our lights turned off. This really dampened our mood because this was the main reason we booked this. Other than that ; the room was good . The ac kept shutting off and the balcony is a bit off because you can basically enter your neighbors balcony as well. It’s odd no one’s there after 6pm but that’s no big deal. He gave a number but no one picks up. I e declined on room service because after booking I wasn’t aware of the googles reviews of people complaining things being stolen from their rooms . So to be safe we just declined on the room being clean and brought our valuables with us. We left the room clean . The hotel isn’t a 6 min a walk from main attractions. More like 12 min but that was the best part!

At the time of reservation we request for later check in And the property manager agreed to that. When we arrive to our hotel, no one was there and did not let us in. Shower was leaking all over the floor. Property was dirty. I will not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel

The room was very beautiful and clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower was HUGE! The air conditioner worked well. There was a small refrigerator. The staff was awesome. They stored our luggage after checkout so we could walk around. Very very nice!

This was a surprisingly nice property with themed rooms…. Staff were very friendly (only certain hours available) most bed our friends to a bigger room on request. Rooms had a mod cons… very good aircon. Convenient to Piazza Barberina( buses and taxis) (metro station was closed for renovations) local shops and restaurants and bars … For attention of property - bathroom mirror light did not work and shower head needed cleaning)
