The place was nice, a little hard to find kind of tucked into the wall of buildings. Check in went well, everything was nice until night 2. No hot water. In the AM checked in with the desk because no one had communicated nothing. They said the water heater had broken and they were hopeful it would be fixed by afternoon. We had plans so we went about our day. NO hot water when we can back, no notes or communication about the situation. Day 4 same story from desk, again went out for day, came back, NO hot water and NO communication. Day 5 same thing, morning of day 6 they advised a room on other side of property could be used for showers so we finally got a bath, yeaaa. With no fixes and nothing being told, wife and kid were very upset, I just found another hotel and we left, they did not offer anything to make up for no hot water for 5 of our 6 days. They had my local number, my email, and could of left a note at least so that we would have known what was going on, and not just a suprise when we came back from a day out exploring Rome to find no hot water.

Only 1 night stay for Cruise next day. ($250 a night) Allowed early check in. Elevator to 3rd floor stairs to stay in our room 4th floor (actually 5th floor, since it was attick room). No coffee maker, bathroom clean but no counterspace. Main room ok but room felt worn. Glass protector on desktop cracked. No coffee pot. Hotel is tucked away on narrow side street and up the hill. Hardly ever complain about travel but need to make others aware. I would not stay there again.

Wonderful Experience
We had the best experience! I messed up our reservation and the owner personally helped me find a place to stay for one of the nights I did not book with her. She helped with directions and always had a smile and made you feel like you were family. I cannot recommend this place enough. It is affordable and in a great location.

Rooms and daily cleaning staff excellent. Room small but very well appointed. Bathroom much more modern than expected. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Location was excellent for public transportation anywhere in the city. Good range of shops and restaurants in the neighborhood. Front door lock was a bit tricky, not really secure. The entrance is on a side street which is cobbled and dark, but not unsafe. Stairwell not well lit after dark.

Just a really fantastic spot you can pretty much walk to most of the main attractions. Easy to catch a train as a station is literally like a four minute walk the staff are super friendly. They held their luggage as well as being just generally awesome room leaves a little bit to be desired as we booked a quadruple expecting just a little bit more soccer themed. It was kind of weird But overall fantastic day. Also, the checkout time was posted at 11 o’clock on the website and they told us it was 10 on the day of check out. Also, it’s listed as a bed-and-breakfast and they no longer offer breakfast so…

El lugar estuvo súper bien! Está muy cerca de la Fontana Di Trevi, se llega caminando a muchos lugares icónicos, y está muy bien comunicado con transporte público. El staff fue siempre muy amable, y cuidaron nuestras maletas en recepción después del check out para seguir explorando la ciudad. Lo recomendamos y definitivamente volveríamos.
