The place was nice, a little hard to find kind of tucked into the wall of buildings. Check in went well, everything was nice until night 2. No hot water. In the AM checked in with the desk because no one had communicated nothing. They said the water heater had broken and they were hopeful it would be fixed by afternoon. We had plans so we went about our day. NO hot water when we can back, no notes or communication about the situation. Day 4 same story from desk, again went out for day, came back, NO hot water and NO communication. Day 5 same thing, morning of day 6 they advised a room on other side of property could be used for showers so we finally got a bath, yeaaa. With no fixes and nothing being told, wife and kid were very upset, I just found another hotel and we left, they did not offer anything to make up for no hot water for 5 of our 6 days. They had my local number, my email, and could of left a note at least so that we would have known what was going on, and not just a suprise when we came back from a day out exploring Rome to find no hot water.

I regret to inform you that my recent stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. As someone who has traveled extensively for the past 10 years, this marks only my second review of a hotel. Unfortunately, the rooms did not match the images presented online. Additionally, the elevator accommodates only one person at a time, necessitating multiple trips if you have luggage. While the exterior sign indicates that this is a 2-star establishment, I would personally rate it closer to a 1-star. Families traveling with children should also be aware that an extra room may be required. Based on my experience, I would advise potential guests to consider other options.

Terrible organisation and communication with hotels.com. Reception closes early and they force us to pay the taxes using a WhatsApp link that comes from a number that is not in the hotel website. Against the guidance of hotels.com. Why not simply then allow us to pay everything at reservation. I had my reservation paid and they refused to provide the code for me to enter the building: at night.

This is not a hotel. Clean in a good location. When you enter, the reception is shocking, but the room is fine and the location is excellent

Okay hotel good location
the entrance to the hotel looks far from a 4 star hotel - more like 2 star with gsrbsge cans on the way, the the staff were ikay. we reserved 5 rooms and I called before to make sure that the hotel had a lift. they assured me there is a new one, they did not say it doesn't reach the 4th floor and they put 3 rooms at the top. I don't consider this us a good service. other then that some mattreses were new and some very old. altogather it flt pretty basic. No staff from 7 PM No breakfast. Location is great which is important. check the mattress vefore taking the room

Only 1 night stay for Cruise next day. ($250 a night) Allowed early check in. Elevator to 3rd floor stairs to stay in our room 4th floor (actually 5th floor, since it was attick room). No coffee maker, bathroom clean but no counterspace. Main room ok but room felt worn. Glass protector on desktop cracked. No coffee pot. Hotel is tucked away on narrow side street and up the hill. Hardly ever complain about travel but need to make others aware. I would not stay there again.

Very clean and quiet, very spacious room (403) and comfortable bed. Only drawback is elevator only goes to the third floor so you have to climb up and down stairs to get to the fourth floor. Staff is so nice and they did assist with our heavy bags.
