The only problem is the stairs to the second floor. There is some noise from the pub but not very loud. Location is close to the train station. Close to supermarket as well.

Very nice staff. Welcoming. Forgot the nice man’s name who is the facilities person. Very kind and helpful to get tips and transportation. Right across the colosseum. The restaurant that’s associated to the hotel is also fantastic. You also get a discount!

The property was perfectly located to the Colosseum and close to many dining options. Not a far walk to The Vatican, Spanish Steps etc. Even though there was a bar right underneath our room we did not hear the music too much. All in all great value for the money.

The room was clean and comfortable. There are some very good restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Considering how close they are to the colosseum, their street was relatively quiet.

Checked in with staff at the bar at coming out. Easy check in process and convenient location. Set up a shuttle service through them which was very easy. Room was clean and cleaned daily if you’d like. Came with a water bottle and nespresso machine/pods and complimentary Prosecco at the bar which was a nice spot for a drink and snack/happy hour. AC, modern shower, comfy bed! Only downside was loud bar downstairs and bright room without good curtain. (both we read about in advance) but was fine with ear plugs/sleep mask. Street out front is very busy but walkable are/ can get transit / cabs easily. Thank you!

Great hotel, amazing location!
First floor was great, we received a confirmation letter after booking, and took advantage of the offer to arrange transport from the airport and then back the next morning as we continued our trip. It cost 60 Euros. Check in was quick, the room was spotless and the bed comfortable. The Colosseum is literally right there, which is amazing. We ate at the restaurant/bar Coming out Roma. The food was good and as guests of the hotel we got 10% the food bill and a glass of Prosecco. I would recommend the hotel.

I believe there is only 5 room so don’t hesitate, great price, better location, couldn’t ask for more. We were only in Rome for the day, and crashed by 9 pm with jet lag, but so wished had the energy to join the party at the bar downstairs. Read reviews about the noice, it was a non issue, but thoughtfully left ear plugs which were not needed. Clean, safe, friendly and the best location

Location, location, location! Walk out the door of the hotel, and you’re literally looking at the Colosseum! A mere 2 minute walk, and you’re standing in its shadow. Food options at their next door restaurant were fantastic. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating.

Very friendly hotel staff, even though they were not on site 24/7 you could go downstairs to the Coming Out bar for any hotel or service needs. Clean, modern rooms, daily room cleaning and fresh towels. Close to resturants and sightseeing. There is a bar/club downstairs but it was not so loud that we couldn’t sleep. Highly recommend.

Great room for the price. Great location for sightseeing the colosseum. Friendly staff who know English well. The only issue is that it is on top of a Karaoke bar which gets loud at night.

Although the rooms are small, they are very modern and kept up-to-date. The room is above a nightclub, and we could faintly hear the music. However, it did not stop us from and trying a very comfortable night sleep. We would stay here again for location, price and cleanliness.
