Check in was a nightmare, no desk person, trying to receive instructions was a difficult task, one set of keys only, so we had to leave together or couldn't access doors. Asked for help, via phone call to hotel service received an invalid phone number. Issues left unsettled regarding city tax. This place was not good. Terrible service (no service actually).

Unsure if this hotel should be called a hotel!
Check in at this place was a nightmare. We got there at about 7 and the receptionist had to call another office for us to check in. While we were waiting a lady came in and was yelling at the receptionist. He then takes us upstairs to the rooms and to pay. After 20 attempts to charge my credit card I left to get cash. Paid cash and at first was told I couldn't get a receipt. Another call to the other office I get a receipt. Rest of the stay was ok but feels like it's an apartment complex that someone bought four rooms together to rent out as a hotel. Bus stop near by that takes you to the train station and an awesome pizza place down the street.

Fantastic service
We couldnt find a direct train/bus from Tiburtina to this hotel. So we called the hotel to get the route information, but to our surprise the hotel person were kind enough to come and pick us from there. it was a great gesture of welcoming us to Rome. The room condition was very good, very clean and spacious enough for a complete family. we were also provided with a decent breakfast. Only drawback is that there is no near metro station. But there are lot of buses plying and the 32 bus number can take you to ottavina st patrio. overall i had a great stay here.

Very Clean, Affordable Hotel with great staff.
I will admit that Fleming Suites was a little hard to find at first and it definitely out of the way from the city center, but if you are looking for something that is nice and affordable, this is the place to be. Once you get your bearings, it is just a bus ride out of town. It was kind of nice not to stay in the hustle and bustle of Rome. This was likely the most modern, clean and up to date hotel we had stayed at our entire trip. The bed was super comfy, wifi worked well, there was a hairdryer, a safe, the room was huge, bathroom was very nice. Manuelle was fabulous. He arrived shortly after we checked in with a map and some great information. He was incredible helpful and very kind. There was a tonne of coffee, tea and breakfast stuff in the room for us, all at no extra cost. Loved our stay and we highly recommend it.

Comfort e serenità
Dovendo recarci a Roma, ed in particolare nella zona della Flaminia, con regolarità il Fleming Suites è diventato un punto fermo nei nostri soggiorni romani. Per vari motivi. Innanzitutto la praticità e la disponibilità nelle operazioni di check-in, poi per la tranquillità della location ed infine per il comfort delle stanze. In definitiva, sembra di essere nella propria casa.

La mia esperienza è stata positiva nel complesso. Il titolare è molto disponibile. La zona è tranquilla con molti servizi a disposizione. Non essendo però una zona turistica, ma piuttosto residenziale, è difficile trovare ristoranti aperti la domenica sera, meglio quindi spostarsi in Corso di Francia (5 minuti a piedi), oppure verso la zona di Ponte Milvio rimanendo sempre su via Flaminia (10 minuti a piedi) dove sarà possibile trovare più offerta anche di domenica sera. L'unica pecca è secondo me la mancanza della prima colazione. Nelle camere è comunque presente il bollitore per potersi preparare un tè oppure un caffè con bustina solubile, e dei biscottini, fette biscottate più marmellata. Buona la pulizia.
