Alessandra was incredible. We loved the room so much. It's old time Italy with brand new bathroom and delightful shower. The services were amazing. We were there when hurricane Helen was flooding our home. At very late hours, Alessandra immediately called us to see how to help. You will love this location and the walking to all the most beautiful land marks in Italian history. Restaurants and shops.

The images under the Deluxe Room category are misleading, as they appear to show a mix of different rooms as that specific category. We stayed in a room on the 4th floor, which required additional steps and had wooden beams. The room was quite dark, with poor lighting and a very small window. While it was spacious, the cleanliness of the bathroom left much to be desired. The sink faucet has significantly more pressure than the shower, and due to the shape of the sink, water splashes everywhere. I was getting ready to go out and ended up soaking the entire bottom half of my outfit. There was noticeable mold buildup in the shower, and when I turned on the water, it started floating around. We also had an issue where the water wasn’t draining and started to pool, got as high to cover my feet but the staff resolved it the following day. Unfortunately, the water pressure and temperature were inconsistent throughout our stay. The Wi-Fi didn’t work at all during our visit, which was particularly frustrating since I had work to do. Despite trying to connect with various devices, the internet was never available. The hotel suggested we unplug to rest, but this wasn’t helpful given that we needed to stay connected. On a positive note, the location is excellent, with plenty of shopping and attractions within walking distance. This place is suitable for a short stay of 1 to 2 nights. The staff member who checked us in and out was the friendliest person we encountered in Rome.

The positives were that it was in the heart of nice shopping, walkable to many sites such as Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, coffee maker in the kitchen, Receptionist (Alassandra) was kind and helpful. The negatives: we knew there was an elevator, however, we were not made aware that it stopped one floor below our apartment so we had to carry luggage up and around a winding staircase, one of the bedrooms and bath were not air conditioned very well which forced two people to sleep on sofas in the living room (it was exceptionally hot temps in the 90's), stingy with toilet paper (we ran out).Took too long to get hot water in one of the showers. And they had arranged transportation for us with one of their drivers from the cruise port back to the hotel but he never showed up and Allassandra could not get him to respond. Once we knew for sure he was not coming, it took us almost two hours to get another driver which was stressful since we had a tour booked and paid for to visit Vatican City. We made it in the nick of time.

The location is perfect, close to everything, and very quiet at night. however, it is located in the “ Forbidden “ zone, meaning you can not take your car in that area if you’re not a resident there. The hotel didn’t mention anything about that. We had a rental car, and got fined for taking our car.

Halls and elevator dirty. Air conditioning did not work. Arrangements by staff for taxi in town and to the port of civitavecchia was horrible. Transportation arranged was late or didn’t come at all and would not accommodate the 6 of us as requested. Then the driver didn’t have access or know where he was going at the port. Another local driver took us the port so it ended costing us way more than expected plus the gong show.

The property is in a very nice location and is relatively quiet. The reception staff, Mia, is very professional and accommodating to our needs. The elevator broke down once during our stay, and there was no power on our floor one early morning. Had a nasty fall when i missed a step down the stairs since there was no emergency light installed. Told the staff about it and they were very apologetic. I'm just glad I only had a sprained ankle and no broken bones. The terrace is a nice touch, where we had a meal together with friends and the kitchen area is kept tidy and clean. We were able to borrow dishes and glasses, and cleaning supplies were readily available for us to wash them after. Overall, we still had a great stay and we definitely recommend this property.

Location was great within walkable distance to main attractions and it felt a safe area - this is only good point I would mention about our stay in this property. Our room was a deluxe room with a jet tub that we could not use due to that it was not thoroughly cleaned. First night we did not have water (cold and hot)-we had a little and it stopped all together, so we did not shower- with the hottest weather in August it was just a terrible experience. Though it was fixed the next day and we were able to take a shower. There was a little very old rug that made entire room look dirty and uninviting. Dust was visible on the nightstands and lamps. Maybe other rooms were better , but we did not like ours.

This stay was wonderful. The reception was responsive and the place was overall clean. They provide cleaning services daily, which is not common nowadays. Location is great - right around all the shops and minutes from the Trevi fountain. Taxis easy to grab. Air conditioner was cold which we loved. Overall recommend this place! And we will be back!
