Very close to all forms of transportation including buses, trains and metro subway. Very close to train terminal. Was able to simply walk to hotel with luggage. Nice room, but outside street traffic was loud early in morning and late at night.
Room was clean, bathrooms are small, shower would clog, slow WiFi and the AC would turn off and on. The room would not cool off even if the AC says it’s on. In a convenient location 2-3 min walk from Roma termini. Staff was nice.
Very happy with the little room that I was given for a good price that come with a mini fridge as well, my only regret is that I couldn't stay at the hotel for a couple more days.

Air conditioning did not really work or ever cool the room down the nights we were there. Did not really sleep well because the room was so hot, especially after being out in the sun all day. I rented the room because it said it had air conditioning…I was rather disappointed about the fact it worked more in the capacity of a fan than air conditioner. Long story short: the room was always warm and I woke up sweating every morning. Great location if you want to be near Termini, but many of the popular sites are long walk or expensive ride away.

Liked: Staff & service, room comfort
Was adequate for our needs.
Service was good, staff were friendly. Room itself was spacious and cool and what we needed. Bathroom was narrow and needed some work and had a little mould around. The rain-head in the shower barely worked and seemed to leak water out the top and the slide shower holder was loose and broken so was impossible to use unless held in your hand. The fan/heater also made a lot of noise like it was struggling to work and it came on automatically when the light was turned on. Then remained loudly going for a few minutes after the light was switched off (which it should if it only it wasnt so obnoxiously loud). Otherwise our stay was pleasant enough.
One night stay. Booked a double room and it was perfect for what I needed. Ridiculously close to the station. Opposite a supermarket which is handy. Would stay again.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Located right next to the train station and not a far walk from the coliseum and trevi fountain nice food spots around the area. Room was clean and hotel was safe as it was only accessible by key and room card
The room was quite a disappointment. Nothing to do with te pictures on Expedia. After 2 nights we finally got move to a different room. The entire facility seems to be under renovations (greatly needed)
This is more of a hostel than a proper hotel. There is no lobby, everything is old/raggedy looking, and all the trash is stored in the main entryway (so it smells terrible). The location is great, its right next to the Termini station giving you access to all of Rome. This is no more than just a place to sleep for the night. I do not recommend for families, elderly, etc.
Was nervous approaching the hotel. The lobby was rather hidden and the main hallway was in rough shape, but the actual hallways on the floors and rooms were recently renovated and super cute! Location was great, and price very affordable. Diamond in the rough for sure 😁
