Great spot - Great staff!
The staff was so friendly and super helpful! We booked here last minute as we had to shorten our stay, and the hotel was a quiet respite right in the middle of Rome. Everything was walkable and we would definitely stay here again.

I enjoyed this property for the gorgeous space and private and elegant walk to the doors. The staff was all very nice and the space was elevated. Breakfast was nice and had a large spread. The area was great as well with a mix of shopping and excellent cafes. I do think it was a little overpriced for the room size, so if you are on the fence, go with a cheaper option for a larger room.

Friendly staffs. Great and close location to Spanish step. Walkable distance to luxurious shops. One thing that disappointed me, one of receptionist have poor communication skill, misunderstood me. I told him, no need to replace bed sheet. however, he sent message; not to provide house keeping services. Therefore, there was no replacement of towels, coffee pods. There was no housekeeping service at all.

Great hotel, staff were attentive, pleasant and professional at all times. Housekeeping were very efficient, we went to breakfast at 9am each morning and back to the room by 9.45 and it was all cleaned. Great position as the metro is very close by, main sites are all in walking distance. Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold food and service was always with a smile. I recommend this hotel and if i go back to Rome this would be first on my list as hotel .
