Staff members in this hotel are very polite and try to make sure that guests feel comfortable and have anything they need. However, many things are beyond their control. The rooms are in poor condition and in need of repair. Paper thin walls so I could hear everything happening in the rooms around me, TV offers only Italian tv channels with no smart tv present (it’s 2024 time to upgrade), so I couldn’t even drown out all the sex noises by watching a movie… barely working shower. What made me angry the most was the advertised bar was closed and advertised coffee shop / lounge was just a wending machine. However, staff members tried to accommodate me as well as they could and promptly found a kettle for my room.

Reception area is pleasant, service is good. Our superior room was very basic and tired. The noise travels from the outside and within the hotel so sleep doesn’t come easy.

The reception is very friendly and the hotel is located in a quiet side-street. But the interior is a bit bleak and run-down in parts. The breakfast consists almost entirely of cakes. Fruit and bread are of limited quality. The coffee from a self-serving machine is good, though. Staff is polite and attentive.

Hotel was ok, just very basic for a standard double. For example, only 1 pillow per person, no tea and coffee in room, only one of each choice in mini bar for a couples room. Service was ok but on arrival they did not give us any details about breakfast / wifi / check out etc which would have been nice. They also incorrectly booked our airport transfer for a 6am rather than 6pm slot which meant we received a very early unwanted wake-up call! If you want basic and are happy for a 30mins walk into the Rome centre then this is fine

Fantastic staff!
Absolutely amazing staff! I have never felt so welcomed in any other hotel, the reception staff was really helpful, friendly and welcoming, and they went the extra mile to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Would definitely come back to this hotel because of this reason. The neighborhood was very nice, plenty of restaurants, pizzerias, gellaterias and bars around, very clean and tidy local area. Hotel is conveniently located 3-5 min walk from the tram station which takes you straight to Coliseum in the heart of Rome (about 20 min ride). Only downsides were the comfort of the bed (really hard), and the room size (very small), but this wasn't really important as we only stayed for one night. Good breakfast but the choice could have been better, there were no hot foods offered for breakfast. However, I cannot complain because of the price we paid, it was really good value for money. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay. Would recommend this hotel to those who don't want to spend much but still want to receive a great service :)

Nice and comfortable hotel
Nice and budget hotel , it's walking distance to reach midtown. The staff is nice and very friendly. The room is quite bit small, but it's comfortable and clean. The breakfast is very good.

Pros: nice and friendly service.not in the city centre however you can catch buses and trains easily. Good quaint room. Cons: breakfast staff not the friendliest. I arrived 5 minutes before the end and the guy was so rude telling me off to leave ASAP
