Buena ubicacion....
La ubicación del hotel es buena. Muy cerca de Termini. El edificio es antiguo pero nos toco una habitación renovada que era amplia y comoda. Muy bien la gente de limpieza no asi los del desayuno. Todos los dias con mala cara y por poco los ultimos 30 minutos te echaban del lugar. Sacaban las cosas de la mesa mientras estabas sentada y reponian todo lentamente. Otra cosa que no me gusto es que habia pagado por una habitación cuadruple y como habia puesto los datos de una sola persona insinuo quien nos hizo el check in que nos deberia cobrar mas pero dijo que no lo haria. Luego yo chequee el precio y habia pagado por 4 personas entonces se quizo aprovechar. Una avivada

Well, we had a problem of stinking smell when we came to the property - may be the vent or plumbing; not sure of the root cause. Nevertheless when we raised the issue with reception, they gave us a room freshener and told that someone will come and have a look. The issue was rectified on the next day - after we had to remind the reception again in the morning. I believe, given the seriousness of the issue, the hotel should have looked into it immediately. Secondly, the rooms are not kept in good condition. They need a bit of repair. Especially the cloakroom. The shower here are without an opaque door! The staff at breakfast was helpful and courteous. The rating given for the staff above is purely for them. Though we found veg options very much limited. Overall, I wasn't happy with the stay.

There was little water pressure like coming in drops, and no hot water for 2 days we stayed there. We reported at least 5 times but no action. We just had to face wash as we had so many bookings for sure seeing.

Great location. Breakfast was really good. Room could have been a little cleaner, specially the bed sheets. Also, no mention of the drinks in fridge being extra upfront until check out. Would have been nice to know cost ahead of time.

The water at the shower was not warm. Upon speaking to the front desk, he mentioned that is the state of water in the capital of Italy. Its was strange. For the last day we got reasonably warm water.

Africans toutng their products to us at almost every night right outside hotel entrance. Unbelievable! One evening as we were approaching hotel entrance, an African man came to the entrance also demanding we uy his 'drum' product. He raised his voice when my family ignored him. He said "Look at this!". Have to put effort to keep touters away from hotel guests. I will not stay here again.

good service and good location. well done!
handy (i.e. 2-minute walk) to Termini. breakfast options were fairly limited, but the breakfast staff were wonderful, and the quality of the food was excellent. The rooms were well maintained and comfortable. a lovely place to stay for those wanting to be near Termini for a late/early departure or arrival.

Fun hotel in a vibrant neighborhood. Short walk to the coliseum, just a few blocks from the train station. Great nearby shopping and dining.

Check-in was slow, but after that we couldn't have been happier. The large quad room put a wall between us and the kids, and everything in the room was in good repair. The breakfast was good (especially by American standards), and when we had to leave for the train station on our check-out day, they provided us with a prepared to-go-bag.

Access for coffee maker in common place is a must.....but NOT available until 7.00 am when breakfast starts. Most people prefer to have a cup of coffee early morning and plan for the day to visit areas. Or at least provide coffee , sugar, cream in room..... Breakfasts was good.

Hotel location was perfect 30 minutes walking distance from monuments. Breakfast was great . Rooms are spacious and very clean. One issue I had forgotten a pair of very expensive sunglasses while sitting on the lobby area , another guest recover them and gave them to the receptionist at the front desk , when I noticed I lost my glasses few hours later I ask at the lobby and the receptionist said yes , that they were given to the other receptionist, that the last he seen the glasses they were in the counter , the receptionist call the other receptionist to find out where he put the glasses and he said that supposedly they were taken to the police station with other items that they were found on the same day , so at that point he told me go to the police station and get them tell them that your staying at this location , at that point I went to the police station spoke to a very rude cop and he said that they don’t have anything 😩😳 to fill out a report the next day … so at that point I realized that they were stolen by a staff member and they were never brought to police station … I was very disappointed at the whole situation …

Hotel is a few minutes from Termini station so excellent links to the airports. 30 minutes walk to the main sites but transport options are close by. Budget hotel for a few nights stay, old in decor and appearance but clean and warm. Daily room service and fridge, kettle in room for convenience. Excellent free breakfast with plenty of choice. Staff friendly and helpful. If on a reasonable budget and for a few nights and you like a walk it is ideal. I'd stay here again when in Rome.
