My family and I found it terrible dirty room run down no mirror to put make on very bad breakfast rotten fruit on tray served boiled eggs of on wear to put my suitcase The worst hotel I’ve ever been too Elevators very dirty actively discustling over all !!! Very disappointed !!

Lots of restaurants around. The train station is 4 min of walk away, very convenient. The room was on the 4th floor, the floor as well as the bathroom has a certain smell, like a sewage.

I had reservations here for 4 nights. When I got there they told me they gave my reservation away because I wasn’t not there for check in time. This is horrible and unsafe. While they are making money from both party Expedia and other people this place is dishonest and a huge disappointment.

If you are looking a hotel near termini train station, tus will be a good choice , other than that look somewhere else, very basic room, nothing like the pictures shown, faulty smell in the bathroom, I can only recommend this if you planning to stay 1 night and looking something close to the train terminal

Room was clean for the most part, convenient, decent breakfast included and located close to train and some attractions. Two issues: the main staircase had some broken marble that is hazardous and should be at least taped off with caution tape. Second, we only stayed one night and when we were ready for bed we noticed there were no bed spreads on the beds. Just sheets. We looked around and found them in the closet. One was stained with what appeared to be blood. It was late, we were tired, and we had an early flight in the morning so rather than call done to the desk we made do even though it was a little off putting.

I liked breakfast very much, the hotel is at decent location. The elevator is operational, tv works fine. A lot of things do not work and not maintained: beds are no good especially for people with back problems, bathroom fans not working, dirty bed sheets, no hot water in the evening. Overall will not book again.

Horrible! Only better than sleeping on the street
We had a one night stay at Hotel California just to fly back to the states the next morning and we’re glad it’s just one night. The front desk receptionist was wonderful and very nice; however, the condition of our room was terrible!! The sink didn’t drain water (we could also see all kinds of nasty gunk inside since they didn’t have any sink drain cover). When you use the sink to wash your hands or brush your teeth, the water takes about 4 minutes to drain. Once it’s drained, the sink is left with the residue. The shower also did not drain water fast enough, not to mention I waited for several minutes and no hot water came out. I took a cold shower for only a minute out of desperation but my family members skipped the shower. There’s no way the hotel cleaning staff did not know of these issues! Base on the cleanliness of the room, it’s clear they haven’t cleaned it thoroughly at all. We did not complain as we arrived in the evening and needed a place to sleep for several hours. This “hotel” needs MAJOR update and attention.

Front desk staffs were helpful. Very convenient location. Can walk to a lot of attractions. Breakfast was good. Parking is a bit challenging particularly when you arrive late.
