What a gem! Great location, nice facilities, but the absolute best was the staff! Never have I experienced such a friendly staff. Always accommodating, always helpful, always with a smile. We were a large group and they made our stay truly special. Book this hotel now!

We loved our spacious JR Suite for 4 people and the proximity to.alot of restaurants and walking streets..just was a little noisy at night outside. Room and hotel was beautiful.

This property is an amazing location! And the staff was very lovely. The rooms were okay but our air conditioning did not work that well. We walked everywhere- sightseeing , shopping, dinner - all is close by. My recommendations would be: 1. Try to get a room that doesn’t face the street, 2. Research the restaurants since many around this area are touristy and 3. I would skip the hotel breakfast. They charge for it and it is not that great.

Booked this hotel on Expedia. When booking it said “Suite” sleeping 4 people in separate building. Be ware that the pictures on Expedia website does not illustrate the rooms in this separate building (at the time of booking for us at least). If this hotel is a 4 star hotel, the separate building is at the most 2 stars. It is very cramped. The standard is way below the pictures seen on Expedia website. We did not receive any information upon check in about the amenities available. Staff were not very courteous except one of them. Upon check out, they said they couldn’t help me with the luggage since it was 5 AM. After insisting, they finally did. I’m sure if you stay in the main building, things are better but the separate building’s standard is subpar. And the staff need training in better customer service. The room phone was not working either. I fixed it myself in the end. There is many more things to say but if I could give it 0 stars, I would.

What a great location for pretty much anything in Rome. It’s close to everything. The Hotel staff is great. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back in the future.

One star is granted for location and staff friendliness. The property did not honor our reservation for a Junior suite and upon arrival offered my family a twin and a single room for our stay. They blamed a computer problem. Travelling with a young child, we did not want to be separated and the single room was smaller than a prison cell. After complaining, we were moved to a bigger room in the annex where a cot can be added for our child, but it was still not the room we paid for. Rooms in the annex are not well equipped, older, and the main entrance slammed my wife in the back as it closes with a lot of force. We were told that we would need to talk to the manager the next day. After calling Expedia, the hotel put us in the room we paid for as of the second night, which meant we had to waste our morning waiting for the relocation. Expedia was not helpful in resolving this situation. The hotel refused to refund us the portion of the first night for not providing us the room we paid for. The hotel did offer us free breakfast for the stay, but it was not worth it. Do not pay for breakfast as there are many better options around the area. What the hotel could have done better: 1. Inform us prior to our arrival that the room is not available. 2. Offer us the larger room from the start and not separate a family with a young child. 3. I would be more understanding if they told us it is for one night, as it appears a room was available. 4. Refund the difference for the first day

5 minute walk to the coliseum. Lots of shops and food options the moment you step out. The walls are very thin, and if you have rude neighbors like we did, you will hear everything. There is an elevator, but you have to go up a few flights of stairs before reaching it. The room is very small, but we didn’t spend much time in it. Staff is very friendly.
