Our room was 80 degrees with the ac cranking. They control it so you have to ask them anytime you need an adjustment. The faucets and shower heads fell off when using. They moved us rooms and our new room had mosquitos and flies in it. We killed at least 6. If we were staying more than 1 night we would Have left. The staff was kind and courteous and tried to help.

Very central location. Just 15 minutes walk to Colossum. Our room is spacious and have a view to St Peter Basilica. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!!

Reasonable hotel, dont bother paying extra for a vatican view, our " view" was out on the balcony and looking right you could just see the dome of St. Peter's. A/C wasn't upto to the job when it was high 30s outside, especially overnight. No rooftop bar as they are struggling for staff. Website won't let me upload pictures

We found the location good and the staff pleasant. However my choice was made by the lovely roof top bar/ garden as we were only on a one night stop after sightseeing all day having dinner we headed to the bar at 9 pm and it was shut when I enquired the receptionist said they don’t open it but he was disappointed too that they couldn’t! Had I known this my choice would probably have been different. The air con lowest setting was 26 degrees so a rather warm area and the fridge made our water hotter rather than cooler but they kindly gave me ice in the morning to help . Breakfast was fine and the room premier inn style just not quite as good but ok just shame about the missing selling point .

The hotel is very clean and the breakfast is great. The rooms are basic, but perfect for our needs. Amazing small good restaurants in close walking distance. As well as two supermarkets. There’s a fridge in your room. (Sadly ours didn’t work.) The 916 bus will be your friend - takes you into town. (Tap you card or buy tickets from machines.) Use the bus over the train. Advantages of the hotel: clean, good breakfasts, staff lovely, on a good bus route and close to a station. Quiet neighbourhood Disadvantages: you will have to walk to main attractions or take public transport!

This hotel is in a quiet area that doesn't feel too "touristy". The staff is incredibly helpful and kind. The room is spacious and the a/c is amazing during hot summer days.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nothing special. There is a building site right next door, which will be noisy and dusty at times - we were lucky that hardly anyone was working on it during our stay.

A lovely stay
We arrived at the hotel a day late due to flight problems. The lovely gentleman at the desk went out of his way to contact house keeping to ensure our room was ready explaining that he knew we would be tired. The front reception area was lovely. You could see the dining room opening and this area was neat, tidy, clean but also quite basic. The lift was quite modern however the staircase was absolutely beautiful. A carved, marble, sweeping area from the ground floor to the gorgeous rooftop garden/bar which sadly was closed. The bedroom itself was very basic, there was a building site outside our bedroom window (outside the hotels control) however the bed itself was extremely comfortable. The hotel location was really good for the Vatican but a little way outside the city but close enough to access via the public transport system which was fantastic albeit costly. The area had quite a few very nice bar, restaurant, pizzerias. All in all I would say we had a very pleasant stay for a reasonable price. Thank you

We found this hotel because of its location. It was an easy walk to the Vatican. The room was super clean, and we had a view of the Basilica. Breakfast was yummy & had a good choice of eggs, breakfast meat, and pastries. I would definitely stay here again.

The plus side to this property is in a good location close to the Vatican. But the bathroom in our room was disgusting and the toilets did not flush. Our TV did not work until the last day and the last day of our stay the air conditioning was broken, Their solution was to give us a fan and tell us to keep the curtains closed. No compensation was given to staying in a room that was over 80 degrees F with two small children.
