Great location and staff were friendly. When I opened my door to my room, it smelt like wet towels. Odor never left. Pillows were flat. Very small shower. Seems like that’s the way they’re making them these days: if it wasn’t for the smell in the room there would be no complaints.

This hotel is fantastic, located within walking distance to many of the sites around Rome. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and comfortable, and the AC was great after spending hours in the Roman heat! Will definitely stay again.

Hotel Gregoriana is beautifully situated close to the Spanish Steps and the Trevi fountain - both are walking distance. Also, its close to all of the 'high end' stores for your shopping needs. As for the hospitality, the check-in process was fairly straightforward - although we didn't get our room right away we did get it before the 3:00 PM check-in time which was good. For the most part, everything was GREAT - the individuals working there were friendly and helpful. One of them (who I forgot to get his name) a very nice gentleman, who assisted with sorting out payment with a cab drive for our ride to the airport - KUDOS to you - if it wasn't for him, not sure what I would have done.

A beautiful, quaint hotel near the Spanish Steps. The staff are incredible, the breakfast delicious with the best coffee and croissants and the balcony room was clean, quiet and spacious. We fell in love with this lovely hotel and hope to return in the future.

Hotel Gregoriana was very nicely appointed, with green marble stairs and the feeling of luxury. It is only 130 meters from the top of the Piazza Spagna (Spanish Steps), which boasts an amazing view of the whole city. At the base of the steps are many restaurants and my favorite, Gelato. Vasili was especially friendly and helpful. The whole staff was great. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic and a really pleasant surprise considering the price. It is situated not far from two tour bus stops, which was great for the hop on, hop off buses. Also front door taxi service. Italy is my 23rd country and I have not found a better place in this price range.

Great hotel! Someone was always at the desk to greet us at all hours of the day and night. We had breakfast service and it was free to have it delivered to the room. Very clean and quiet! Walkable to Spanish steps (1 minute) and other sites. Would highly recommend and stay here again.
