COMPLETE NIGHTMARE!!! The place is so filthy, we didn’t check in and it was 11pm with my 80 year old Mom in the car! The photos are 20 years old. It’s disgusting and when I spoke to the owner over the phone, he yelled at me and hung up. We are now in litigation.

Great room, clean & modern. Great view overlooking city of Rome. Breakfast was very good. Location was great in every aspect. I especially liked that it was right next to the Spagna Metro stop. Easy to get to & from airport on public transportation.

It was wonderful should have stayed more nights . VIP was great separate entry with access to restaurants right away kinda in the middle of everything meaning Spanish steps great view . Room was spectacular double balcony was just lovely . Service desk was lovely as well over all great experience next visit will definately stay there again

Great location and very convenient to many sights. Breakfast was delicious and copious. Staff was very helpful. Regret there was no view from the room… Our room could have had better configured closet space - there was very little place to put anything away.

The staff was very friendly, nice and helpful. The room was spacious and included in room, coffee, and tea and toiletries with a lovely fresh scent. The Metro stop nearby made seeing the entire city easy. I would suggest if you use their car service to go to the airport that you leave earlier than they suggest as leaving three hours in advance for my international flight, cut it close. It was nice to have them arrange the car service! The breakfast room is cute and breakfast has ample Choices
