We flew from Canada to Rome prior to our cruise. The hotel is so quaint but so elegant at the same time. Staff greeted us when we arrived and were extremely friendly. The rooftop terrace was lovely we went up that night and had some bruschetta and drinks. There was live music that evening which was nice. The pizza place across the street was so delicious and busy all the time so if you wa ted some pizza or baked goods it was perfect. lime scooters parked around so we scootered to Colosseum and Trevi fountain. We walked to Vatican and it took 25-30 min. So many restaurants around with patios to sit and enjoy. When we checked out they let us sit in The Air conditioning and charge up our phones in a quiet area near the lobby and the

Our stay at hotel smeraldo was awesome! The breakfast was amazing especially including pastries from the famous bakery across the alley. The rooftop bar is also a nice touch! Great stay in a great location!

From the moment we arrived and asked for an early check-in after a long flight the from seat was so accommodating. From getting us taxis to filling my my water bottle To opening a bottle of wine…they were exceptional. Comfy bed, great rooftop bar, small room but well appointed.

Best place to stay in Rome!
Everything from the friendly staff to the clean and updated room was great! Not only were the staff welcoming, but they were so helpful. Our room was cozy and spotless. The bed and bedding were super comfortable. Another bonus of staying at this hotel was the location. We will definitely stay here again.

This property was small and a welcome treat instead of a regular hotel that is normally large and crowded. Luggage storage was a breeze. They have a completely separate room that you enter with a key for the luggage. The complimentary breakfast was also very good. It is a typical Italian setting with no parking and loading/unloading is done on the street.

Spent three nights there, hotel arranged for transportation from the airport, breakfast included with lots of options, cappuccino was amazing. All staff very friendly and super helpful. Rooms were modern with air conditioning. Walking distance to Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps. Roscioli Bakery across the street - which was delicious.
