The hotel staffs were very accommodating, polite and helpful especially with requests and translations. The location is spot on. Cleanliness is very good. Overall, we had one of the best hotel experience. Highly recommend it to travelers who will like to visit Rome.

Room and hotel was clean , nice view , need a little renovation , but in general was ok. Location of this hotel need to be addressed and ppl should be notified that no staff after 5 pm so they should go to another location for check in . Breakfast was good 👍

3 night city break - couple
We really liked how clean the hotel was. We stayed for 3 nights and the hotel were happy to keep our bags in the reception after checkout until we made our way to the airport. They also seemed fine with the fact that we didn’t check-out on time, and still treated us with the utmost respect. The hotel was clean, with new towels and toiletries each day. The balcony was small but nice and clean - the size of the balcony wasn’t an issue really as we didn't spend much time in it. The only downsides were that the water pressure was not great at all, and the room was relatively small with very little storage space for luggages and clothes (no wardrobe).

The hotel is a bit disappointing although the location is just perfect. Staff is completely useless but the reception is open 24/7 when we arrived we asked for an accessories, the receptionist told us that she would bring it to our room as soon as possible , that never happen. When we went to sleep we could hear other guests so close and clear that it seems they were in our room, the guest unfortunately stayed up all night, result we didn’t sleep at all. The day after I told the receptionist about it and she said that this was impossible and probably it was a “bussiness man”... anyway that was our first and last night at the hotel! Terrible stay and staff!!!!

Very friendly and social thanks to Patrick who worked hard to make our tri and stay very pleasant specially when the Elevator was bricked and he say yes long after hours to bing to function to make ease for bringing our luggage’s down from forth floor ! This was the fourth time I booked this boutique hotel and their hospitality and special service and understanding was beyond of my expectation

Very pleasant hotel - modern and convenient, but preserved the spirit and the ambiance of old building. Impecably clean and very quiet. The staff is very helpful and polite. We will gladly stay there again.

Location was brilliant! Cannot complain whatsoever! Colosseum & Vatican was half hour away walking. Spanish steps was around the corner. Piazza Navona & Pantheon was around a 15 min walk. Great restaurants and bars all within 1/2 minute walk. By all the shops as well so my partner LOVED that. However, room was small and so was the shower. For a hotel like that I would have expected to pay around £75 per night.. I paid over that. It’s a decent hotel. It’s just somewhere to sleep and shower. It was ok. Nothing amazing but not that terrible.
