The property itself is bad. Very filthy and bathroom is covered with mold. Also it stinks. Also as the room is next to busy road, it is very noisy due to cars and motorcycles. I would not recommend to stay here. Only good sides are it’s convenient location to explore Vatican. Also the host and manager are very communicative and attentive. But there are many problems that makes it good stay. My wifi was even broken for 3 nights so I had to use my cellular data. The host was kind enough to exempt tourist tax for this issue but overall it was not a pleasant stay. Not to mention that we had to relocate to different suite on the first day because of plumbing issue of the booked room. It’s not their fault but it’s not a good start for us visiting Rome Italy for the first time

Room was dirty when we arrived and smelled like cigarettes. Paint in the bathroom was peeling off the ceiling. The location is great, the room was poor/decent at best.

We had a wonderful two night stay at La Residenza dell’Angelo, from the spacious and clean accommodations to the amazing location within easy walking distance to all of the top spots in Roma. We would absolutely stay here again and thank Mikaela for being a wonderful and accommodating host!

Even though there was a mix up and they gave us the wrong keys, they made it right by giving us a free night and taking full responsibility. The place was our favorite on the trip and was so cute and clean. It was the BEST location! I recommend this highly!

There was noise from a busy street and it wasn't a brand new building. It was clean, staff were helpful, air conditioning worked well, so close to things, easy to get out and explore Rome. Great value

Excelente hotel, es mas bien un apartamento muy comodo con cama queen y 2 individuales. La atencion muy buena del personal. No tiene lobby ni restaurante, sin embargo tiene restaurantes en la entrada del edificio y todo alrededor. Esta localizado a 10 min caminando del vaticano y 15 min a la fuente Trevi

The hotel was nice and clean. However, rooms are not sound proof. Also they don’t have staff onsite 24/7 for them to let you in during check in. Call or message ahead of time.

What a gem of a find to stay in central Rome. The Residenza dell’Angelo is a perfect base to explore the beauty of Rome - most highlights within a 30 minute walk. Our apartment amazed us at the size and space we had for our family of four: a master bedroom, living room (converted for two more beds); full kitchen and bathroom. Simone and her team made us feel welcome, the room with a maid service daily and small selection of condiments / tea & espresso pods. Should we return to the Eternal City, we will not hesitate to come back to stay here.
