Great service, in a quiet neighborhood!
The hotel overall was okay. The service was excellent but the hotel is old and could use updating. It was clean, but the rooms are dark and are out dated. The breakfast was okay and the roof top bar was okay. The neighborhood is great if you want a local feel! We ate at a wood burning oven pizza place and had gelato also at the neighborhood Gelateria! Also delicious! The neighborhood was quiet and out of the hustle and bustle of tourism. It’s definitely not a four star hotel. I would say from an American ranking… 2.5 stars. Maybe 3 stars at the most. We felt safe and the service was wonderful!

My husband and I stayed here on our honeymoon. Great location within walking distance to many attractions and areas. Room was great and clean, staff friendly and helpful. The highlight of this hotel is the breakfast on the rooftop patio, which becomes a bar at night. We enjoyed breakfast and the bar every day. 10/10 would recommend.

Except for my personal preference of a softer bed, I can’t say enough good things about this wonderful hotel. Polite helpful staff. Live music at the roof top restaurant with skilled attentive chef. Meals I will never forget.

The property is well situated and an easy walk to the sites to see, Spanish steps, Colosseum, etc. Hotel has a lovely roof restaurant and bar with a good selection of snacks for lunch and mail meals. If there is one thing I would have liked to be improved it is the hot food choices for Breakfast, just scrambled eggs and mini sausages. Large selection of cereals cakes and salad though. All waiter service. Nice rooms and very clean.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We arranged airport pickup with the hotel & we waited almost 2 hours for the car so we had to figure out our own way to the hotel. Other than that the hotel was beautiful, clean & friendly staff. Very close to all attractions & offer taxi services to sight see.

Fantastic location and lobby facilities. Very nice breakfast on terrace, very comfortable. Clean comfortable rooms and great staff on every level. Wouldn’t think to go anywhere else on our next visit to Rome.

The rooftop patio was beautiful. Staff on patio were great. Property is old but very clean and easy to access. Front desk staff very horrible. Very pushy at check in on selling Hop on Hop off tours. Obviously they get a commission. Not helpful with recommendations. When asked about rooftop patio they actually discouraged us from going. Our interactions with staff at front made our stay the worst part of our whole trip.

Fabulous Rome Hotel
The staff were friendly and knowledgeable Very helpful, from the reception to the rooftop bar and restaurant. Our first time at this hotel and we will certainly return in the future. The rooftop restaurant has fabulous views over the whole of Rome.
