Tolles Haus - sehr zu empfehlen
Tolle Lage, ca. 45-60min ins Zentrum von Rom. Sauberes und sehr schönes Haus direkt am Strand. Gute Ausstattung in der Küche. Einfache Kommunikation mit den Vermietern. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Jederzeit wieder. Kann man es nur empfehlen.

Condo was updated and clean and steps from the beach. Well equipped with everything you need including charge cords for portable electronic devices and electric adapters for visitors from other countries. Host was very kind and communicative. Private parking on site and in Italy that’s a must!

Lovely Beach House
Beautiful property with everything needed for a relaxing beach get away. Many day to day items can be found within walking distance. Pizzerias, coffee bars, small grocers, restaurants. Lovely place, with so much attention to detail.

Wonderful vacations on the ocean
We had wonderful two weeks with our family in this gorgeous house directly at the beach. The house is well equipped, perfectly clean and in a very good location with direct beach access. We would like to return again to this property. The only little downside we have noticed is that there was a lot of waste on the beach. Maybe this depends on the season.

Amazing vacation spot!
We recently stayed at this property as a family of 5, 2 adults 3 kids 8,6,2. It was the perfect place! Absolutely nothing is forgotten in the stocking of the apartment. It is very well equipped and the layout is perfect to make even a long stay very enjoyable! You walk out to a beautiful beach that was never over crowded and through the front door are many cafes, shops, fresh fish and veggie markets. Every I walked to Sapone Pane for a breakfast delight and the fish and veggie stands for dinner. We will definetely return

Beautiful, clean beach house with spectacular view
We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful, clean beach house. The views were spectacular and we enjoyed amazing sunsets in the evenings. The location is perfect for a mix of beach vacation and sightseeing in Rome and the surrounding area. The town of Torvaianica itself is in October not very attractive. From time to time you can hear and see airplanes from the nearby military airport In summary, it was a very nice vacation.

Wonderful location right on the beach
Even better than expected. You can enjoy the fantastic view from 3 terrasses. Luckily, the house is located a bit from the very center of the town which can be a bit noisy. The house is fully equipped. You find all you need for cooking at home.

Great apartment close to the beach.
We had a great week at this apartment close to the beach. Clean and well functioning apartment. Short walk to restaurants and pizzerias. 25 minutes to a great fashion outlet. The host is very friendly and easy to communicate with. I can highly recommend this apartment.

It's a beautiful house, the location is perfect and everything you need is there. The location is ideal, especially for a holiday in combination with the eternal city. A car is an advantage and the parking solution is ideal.

Perfekter Urlaub
Das Haus ist sehr sauber und mit allem bestückt was man im Alltag benötigt. Von guten Messern bis zur Expressomaschine ist alles vorhanden. Sehr schön ist auch, dass man direkt am Strand wohnt, welcher immer sauber gepflegt und nie überfüllt war. Ein perfekter Urlaub. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hin fahren. Vielen Dank

Einfach traumhaft
Das Haus war wieder wunderschön, alles was man braucht ist da, leider gibt es aber ein paar Schönheitsfehler, die nicht am Haus liegen, der Bereich gegenüber ist letztes Jahr lauter geworden......lautes Hundegebell..... .. . Flugzeug (Rundflüge) in den Abendstunden und tagsüber war das leider nicht so schön. Aber daran kann der Vermieter nichts ändern, wir müssen sagen, es war gut, wir haben uns trotzdem erholt und freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen in der Villa Slveva Walter Westermann

Villa Sveva è un gioiello affacciato direttamente sul mare. Arredato con una cura nei dettagli mai vista. Non ci è mancato nulla, anzi. La disponibilità di Giorgio in tutto è stata molto importante. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare assolutamente.

Einzigartige Lage
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber, groß und komfortabel eingerichtet. Die direkte Lage am Meer ist unbezahlbar. Rom ist mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Leider ist der Ort Torvaianica selber nicht sehenswert und auch die nähere und weiter Umgebung Richtung Castelli Romani lässt den Flair kleinere italienischer Städtchen vermissen.

1 Woche Strandurlaub
Ein sehr tolles Haus mit eigenem Zugang zum Strand direkt über die Terrasse und einer Dusche auf der Terrasse. Der Strand vor dem Haus ist meist nur mäßig besucht. 250 Meter rechts und links dann die typischen italienischen Strandabschnitte mit liegen etc. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Man hat eine Terrasse, einen überdachten Balkon und die Dachterrasse. Je nach Wunsch also einen perfekten Ort mit Sonne oder Schatten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß zwei kleinere Supermercati oder mit dem Auto in die großen Center. Das Highlight ist der Sonnenuntergang am Abend, den man von der Terrasse genießen kann. Toller Urlaub - gute Kombi mit Rombesuch!

Genauso schön wie auf den Bildern. Freundliches Ambiente zum Wohlfühlen. Schöne Stunden am Strand und gute Anbindung nach Rom. Im Haus selber war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Verständigung mit dem Mieter war immer super.
