We enjoyed our stay at the NH hotel. Our room was comfortable and breakfast was really good. We had a rental car and there's a parking garage below the hotel which is very convenient for Rome. Highly recommend this hotel

Great for a young family.
This was an excellent stay at the NH collection at Vittorio Veneto. Its location is very well suited for a young family. We were a stones throw away from Villa Borghese and the city which is a comfortable walk. Access to and around the hotel is a bit tricky but solvable once you get to know the area. In regards to the hotel, great facilities and the family room was excellent for our stay. we had a queen bed and a sofa bed laid up for the kids which was more than sufficient. Regular turndown and high level of cleanliness which was highly appreciated. The issue of check-in could be improved. Firstly, the reception staff could be warmer and kinder. And the fact that you have to wait for check in at 3 pm with little sympathy following long trip leaves, something to be desired Overall, would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Rome

Paola with Guest Relations went above and beyond to check in with our family and whatever needs we had…including investigating a missing piece of luggage left at the hotel. TRUE TO SIZE...amazing stay at NH Collection Roma
NH Collection Roma Vittorio Veneto was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING considering the various couple of other hotels in Rome and Florence during our trip. We DEFINITELY will book at any other NH Collection hotel on our next Europe trip. Looking forward to visiting as many NH Collection hotels as possible!

The staff was great especially Elise. However the rooms are filled with dust, especially under the bed. I spend 2 nights out of the 3 without being able to sleep coughing and chest tightness due to a huge amount of dust pilled up under the bed and the bed sheets being dusty as well.
