The location is very good. We tend to taxi everywhere and there was a taxi stand just feet away. The room was small but very clean with maid service every day. The staff was very helpful and at the desk from 8a.m. To 8p.m. The facility is adjacent to Navona square with access to numerous food options as well as 2 beautiful churches and fountains which were unfortunately under restoration when we stayed.

I was very disappointed upon my arrival to find the hotel was not the grand beautiful structure I saw on the website, floors were dirty. My cruise cabin was much more comfortable.

Our stay couldn’t have been more pleasant. We arrived a few hours early and were greeted by a very welcoming staff that helped with our luggage. When we got to our room we were very pleased with the modern design and the cleanliness. The air conditioning worked perfectly and was quiet. I will say the room was small but it was perfect for what we needed. Navona Stays location is central to everything you want to do while in Rome. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

It is a boutique hotel. Great location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It’s a bit hard to find the place. It’s behind a big green door. Must push the intercom to be let in and then you have 3 flights of stairs to go up with your suitcases. However, the location is perfect being on Plaza Navona. Would stay again for sure

Wonderful spot to stay in Rome!
Navona Stay is a wonderful place to stay in Rome. It is is a perfect location, within walking distance to all of Rome’s most amazing sights and is still quiet and comfortable. The staff is just amazing and helpful. I recommend it highly!

Location, location, location. It was great staying so close to the Piazza Navona. Easy walking distance to the Trevi Fountain & lots of restaurant options & shops. Front desk staff was helpful. Room was clean & nice. I would definitely stay there again.

Amazing place to stay. This is a typical European hotel. Smallish rooms, an elevator only big enough for your luggage and one person. If you’re looking for a large luxurious American style hotel, this isn’t it. But if you’re looking for a hotel a few steps from Piazza Navona, a five minute walk to the Pantheon, ten minutes from the Trevi Fountain this is it! You can walk to every major attraction, such as the Vatican and the colosseum in under 30 minutes. Check in was a breeze and the front desk attendant was very friendly and helpful. The room was small but very clean and housekeeping cleaned and kept the room well supplied daily. Great water pressure and our shower was a decent size. There are tons of restaurants and shops near the hotel. Check out was simple and they even arranged a taxi for us. If you stay here, ask for a coupon to the breakfast buffet at Bar Fico. 10 euros a person and well worth it! Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is only staffed for 8 hours a day which means that if you’re not arriving early afternoon you get instructions on getting access through security doors to the reception. The keys were left for us but not anywhere obvious. A phone call sorted out the problem and we found the keys on a printer behind the reception desk. On the basis that late check in is a fairly frequent occurrence perhaps a recognisable unit placed prominently might work better. Apart from that the rooms are good and the location is perfect

We stayed for only one night before heading to the Amalfi Coast. It was a great place to grab a late dinner and walk around. The property manager gave us excellent late checkin procedures and was very communicative. Would stay there again.

Good hotel for stay overnight
Nice and friendly service, no service 24h, but they can contact to you and give you direction how make check-in and even for entering in room. Room was clean, has complimentary coffee and water bottle, only I missing microwave in room and had noise come from other guest shower rooms. Hotel in good location in town for easy access.

The hotel is in an excellent location and walking distance to a lot of the main attractions like The Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Shopping… too many to list. The person who managed, Francesca, was welcoming, friendly and helpful. The air conditioning was amazing with no issues. Will recommend to friends and family.

The front staff was amazing. She was so kind and helpful. The area was close to everything but in a quieter area. Awesome pastries and food were about a 5 min walk from the front door. It’s a little tricky to find but you just need the press the buzzer and you’re let in. I would definitely stay again. Rooms are small but we were only there in the evening and to sleep.
