Bad experience
Extremely bad experience with the staff, cam from Australia after a long trip unloaded luggage then stuff tell me that they cannot take a four-year-old child to sleep with his parents and the time we could not check in. Not consideration that we came around the world to stay in Rome and start a holiday not consideration that we had a small child with us we could not even use the toilet or anything and was sent away. Extremely bad experience I will not recommend this place for families or anyone.

This place was great! The area where is located is super nice and is within walking distance to monuments. The room was really clean and the staff was really friendly. I would definitely go back to this hotel.

For the price it was a lovely little hotel. Clean and the staff were very nice. Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived but they let us put our bags in and wash up. I would stay there again.

Simply wonderful!
I initially has one reservation about staying here due to my being an older woman traveling alone with a dog and arriving late in the afternoon. The palazzo has a staffed check in until noon. Well, my reservation was completely resolved to my immense satisfaction. I contacted the Palazzo prior to arrival and spoke with Andrea who completely put me at ease about check in. He, personally, was there to greet me when I arrived at 5:30 pm on my day of arrival and couldn't have been more accommodating, friendly and supremely helpful throughout my entire stay! He answered any question I had instantly. I found the location to be superb for my needs; shopping, restaurants, sightseeing. It also was very quiet. The rooms are charming with high quality finishes. I will definitely stay here again and again!

The guesthouse is ideally situated for visiting most of Rome’s biggest attractions. It was also very quiet in my room which is unusual when staying in a city centre. A big thanks to the concierge Chris. I enjoyed our chats and you were a great host (just a shame about the result in the football!!)
