This hotel was two block from the coliseum. It was beautiful and clean. What you see in the pictures is exactly how it looks when you are there. Restaurants all over the place, great food!! I was not to happy with the cleanliness of the outside area, unrelated to the hotel. The streets were dirty, but other than that I can't wait to visit Rome and start at this hotel once again.

Property located close to Colosseum and had numerous cafes close by for morning coffee. Staff were very accommodating for our late arrival and staff was very helpful with arranging transportation to the airport. Rooms are small but well appointed.

Location can’t be beat - 2 minutes from Colosseum. Staff was very nice and room was clean.

It’s a nice small hotel close to colesseum. Very friendly staff…quiet…shops and cafes just outside the door. That being said when I checked in they said a reserved a room at their other location on the other side of Rome. I showed them my Expedia reservation which clearly states my reservation was for that location. Not sure what happened. They were able to get us a room at the colosseum location so it worked out…but could have gone all wrong. Not sure what happened

Five minutes walk to Colosseum, Roman forum and multitudes of tourist attractions. Nearby metro, buses and trains for easy ventures to Vatican city, Trastevere, Trevi fountain, Spanish steps, Pantheon, restaurants and churches. We walked everywhere to get our steps in but public transportation is easy option. Construction in hotel during stay so was a little noisy but it’s understandable with a hotel making improvements. Great little place to stay and convenient location.

The only thing was the construction work they had going in the day. At night it was quiet despite the cafes open. The staff was very nice. The room was spacious.

Great neighborhood & hotel near the Colosseum
Great spot near the Colosseum in a really fun and walkable neighborhood! Gorgeous hotel room with a big window and a fireplace, the bathroom was a typically small European bathroom, but not a problem at all. The breakfast was very mediocre, but nearby restaurants are excellent! We really enjoyed staying in this neighborhood and would stay in this hotel again if we were going to Rome for the vibe. You can easily take a cab over to some of the big sites you will want to see, and this hotel is in a much nicer neighborhood than staying over by the Trevi Fountain and Pantheon. I preferred staying in this neighborhood than our stay over by the Trevi Fountain.

A great location and friendly staff. If you speak Spanish, many of the staff members are Latin American . Location is convenient, close to bus stops and metro to get around.
