Stay was good. Staff were great and no complaints with staff. Only items worth noting, the beds are on the firmer side and during breakfast they clean the dishes near the rooms which is on the louder side which will likely wake people in the rooms. Aside from that no complaints

This is NOT a Hotel, but a guest house, staff will not be reachable after 7pm if you need something. Entry card did not work on my last night’s stay, staff lack of response was completely unacceptable.

I really appreciated the great customer service this facility offered. Lavinia, Mary and staff were responsive to questions and communication prior to an early arrival. Lavinia shared tips on getting around and restaurants. Staff were hospitable. I will stay there again if I return to Rome.

The staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good and there was clean cold and hot water available all the time. The room was very clean but I noticed some ants by the window. I made sure that my suitcases are away from the window.

We moved here after not having good water service for three days at another hotel. They were excellent, a bit out of the way, but very nice area. The train station was about 15 minutes away. The room was beautiful and spacious.

Lovely hotel
I loved this hotel. Great location, walkable distance to many famous places. Staff is very friendly and cheerful. Great breakfast on the roof top. The hotel is clean and comfortable. I will be back when I visit Rome again.
