The staff were really rude, unfriendly and unprofessional. The restaurant served what looked like microwaved food, and then it was expensive. The power in the property went out while we were getting ready, it was pitch black everywhere and these people were so unbothered. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to my enemy. Huge waste of money!

The staff was courteous and friendly. Room was dated yet very clean. Huge Lobby, wonderful breakfast! Food was delicious and a lot of choices! Decor is dated but it is very high quality furniture in the rooms.. bathrooms are nice. Could use new sofas in the lobby to give it an updated appearance. Next to airport and since FCO is crazy busy with long check in lines you need to get there 3 hours ahead for international travel, this hotel was convenient.

This hotel was super clean and had all amenities we needed at the end of our trip. We liked that there was a shop on property as well as a bar and restaurant so we did not need to leave. We appreciated the convenient airport shuttle as well.
