The room was clean, and the staff was helpful, but the property could benefit from a remodel as there was a noticeable odor that made me feel like the place was dirty. While the price was reasonable, the location isn't ideal for those wanting to be close to tourist attractions. Overall, it served its purpose, but I likely wouldn't choose to stay here again.

Very old, but well maintained. If you are afraid of small old elevators, this place is not for you. Other than that, it was a great place to stay.

Smaller than anticipated. Very small room and bathroom but overall a good location. Check in and out was easy. Air conditioning worked great which was much needed.

Check-in was great ! We arrived 2 hours earlier because of our flight and they let us in our room without asking any questions. The room that we got was very small but who cares, you don’t go to Rome to stay inside. Bed was comfortable and A/C was blasting. I don’t recommend staying there for a long period of time but for a quick in and out its perfect because you are really in the middle of EVERYTHING.

We absolutely loved our stay! This was our first time in Rome so we didn’t really know what to expect but we were pleasantly surprised. The room is located in an area very walkable to most attractions. The air conditioning wasn’t the best making it hard to sleep some nights but the room was very clean and luckily we didn’t spend much time in the room.

The hotel building is very old. One of the worst parts about it were that some parts of the room were dirty. The walls weren't clean and some places were dusty. Another big negative point was that the air conditioning made loud and unusual noises and that started happening in the middle of the night, which woke us up! At least we called and they came and provided a fan as a solution. But for a hot summer day, that might be an inconvenience. The best part about it was its closeness to the city centre. Although the neighboring streets were quite dirty in that area. Overall, better cleanliness and technical upgrades are needed.

The room itself was nice place to rest. The ac was off and when we turned it on it didn’t seem to cool down the room. The staff was very friendly and aid us with a scheduling a taxi to the airport. There’s cafes near by and bodegas for snack and drinks. Overall it’s a decent place to stay for resting.

! DO NOT book the standard double room. you will not have a window and will have a view of drainage pipes in a narrow alley. the staff was extremely rude already knowing that the conditions they are providing are not up to even a basic standard.

We came in at night so it was only one receptionist who did his best to manage 3 clients at once. He was really friendly but they should have more staff because getting there at night and really tired and having to wait an hour to get into your room is just a lot. The location is amazing but the room is kinda depressing. The windows are closed so forget about natural light. I wouldn’t stay for more than 1 night.
