Limited hours of desk staff. Be aware.
This is a guest house.. 5 rooms. I failed to read that of I checked in after 7pm there would be a charge (my fault but learn from my mistake) Also there is no one to contact with issues between 7pm and 11am so our first night we had no AC and no one to contact. It had been 95 degrees that day and we had a miserable night of zero sleep. This was fixed the next day. Overall the location is great. Room was clean. Bed was hard. Of course we expected to hear cars/activity outside and it was no more than what we thought. You’ll get a key ring of 4 keys, each unlocks a different door to get to your room. No very handy if there are two or more in your groups that might want to split up and meet back at room. This wasn’t our case but might me issue for other travelers. Very close to Trevi. Bathroom was spacious considering the overall size of room.

Property pictured looked different than what we got. Facilites were under repair and undergoing upgrades . Front desk services unexistent . Not necessarily, Bad thing but property has No elevator. Location was different than what was advertised.

This hotel neglects to note on their website that they have many locations. We were a party of 9, booking individually. We found out that we were all in different locations, one was 10 minutes away. We were told in order to get rooms in the same location we should have booked together. This hotel is definitely not handicap accessible, which they also neglect to indicate on the website. Suitcases need to be lugged up a flight of at least15 steps. The rooms were adequate but very cramped. I would not recommend this hotel.

Room was exactly as photographed so it met our expectation. Room was clean, comfortable and tidy. The four flight walk up to our room (no lift/elevator) was doable but should be a consideration if someone in your party has mobility concerns. Be aware that they insisted on cash payment of a per person city tax upon arrival and felt lucky that I happened to have cash on hand.

We were given an upgrade to an apartment complete with living room, small kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. I was traveling with my daughter so we loved the safety aspect of a locked door to access the hotel and then a second key for our space. We loved the apartment and wish we could have stayed there longer. Very nice!!!

The penthouse apartment was amazing! The terrace was spacious and offered an amazing view of the city. Our party of 8 fit very comfortably in the apartment. It was a lovely stay!

The apartment was lovely and well stocked with essentials, even a washing machine. The location was within easy walking distance to the Trevi Fountain and great restaurants, a great little Italian market and close to a metro subway station.

Lovely old property - high ceilings, classical floor tiles and a lift from the old movies! The hot water wasn’t working on day one, but by the next day a brand new boiler had been fitted. Check-in was straightforward and very informative. We were shown to the property and given a walkaround. The full fruit bowl was an added bonus. Easily walkable to all of the tourist sights.

Overall a very nice location and experience. One minor complaint is that the website stated a different address. The actual location is closer to Piazza de Popolo instead of Fontana de Trevi. Also, the air conditioneer was leaking water.

We rented a room with a balcony, and were delighted with the accommodations. Plenty of room for our family, great location (close to the Spanish Steps), and the apartment was equipped with a kitchen, refrigerator & washing machine. It was like having an actual home in Rome, and the staff were very responsive & helpful. We would definitely return!
