Eduardo is nice, the servers from the restaurant (the first floor and roof top) are polite. Breakfast and room service foods are excellent! The room cleaners are respectful and the front desks people are always accommodating specially asking for rides. The white bed sheets, pillow cases, and towels make it looks clean! Overall, they all deserve 5 stars!

Excellent location for dining and sightseeing. Hotel was wonderful. Staff was very friendly and attentive, the breakfast buffet menu was delicious and the rooftop restaurant had great food and a spectacular view. Would definitely come back to this hotel the next time we are in Rome.

We were very happy with our stay. The young women at reception and staff were very helpful and patient. Some of the gentlemen at reception were less so. Overall experience was great and would definitely recommend hotel.

When you arrive in the neighborhood it may be a little off-putting as it looks run down and not safe but this is a great location in Rome. Right outside of the hotel are so many restaurants and bars and very close to the town square. Very lively at night. The vibe is definitely younger. It may not be that close to all of the tourist attractions but so close to a lot of amazing dining options right outside your door. Hotel itself is very quaint and photogenic. Staff is very friendly. Beautiful hotel but could use a little touch up here and there. Rooms a little on the smaller side but functional. Would definitely stay here again if I stayed in Trastevere
