Great location, lovely staff... but a dated hotel.
The staff were lovely and very friendly and helpfull, but the hotel is very dated... maybe we were in a very old room, but it was not great and felt very rough and ready. No amenities. The location is fantastic though.

Nice hotel in convenient location
Lovely hotel, convenient for all attractions in Ronda. Staff nice and helpful, valet parking on arrival. Our room was adequate for our one night stay. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Only slight criticism was that the bed was quite hard, but that’s our personal preference. Overall nice stay and would recommend.

Reception staff were very friendly, can’t say the same about the guy at breakfast as he was making negate comments about guests and wanting to dictate where people sat. Breakfast was limited choice or quality, had better at other hotels during our 10 day trip! Handy valet parking and excellent location.

This hotel is at a perfect location for visitors: almost everything is within walking distance. The hotel facility is of top quality, and staff memare very friendly and helpful!

The perfect location to stay if you’re looking to see the New Bridge and eat tapas until you are almost to burst. Staff was helpful. Rooms were fantastic. They offer valet parking, which is worth a lot in the tourist-heavy Ronda.

The facility appears nice but the comfort is less than decent. The mattresses are covered with an old vinyl cover, that makes noice when you move around, is like sleeping on sand paper. The bathrooms shower does not work or hard to maneuver. I found prior guest hairs in bathroom. Horrible experience.

Great location, hotel staff are friendly and facility is clean. We needed parking so on site underground parking was appreciated. Mattresses are very hard and room temperature was difficult to control (we had two rooms-one was too hot the other too cold).
