Perfectly Fine fo a Short Stay
The hotel was fine it was clean and tidy. The room I had was very dark though with no view, just the building opposite which was only about 5 metres away, very oittle natural light. I was in a business trip and there for 14 nights so with the dark room which was quite small it didn't really serve my needs. The lack of facilities in the hotel for a longer stay isn't ideal either. Having said all this, the hotel itself is fine, the staff are very welcoming etc and the rooms are in good order. It's fine for a few nights, but any longer than that I wouldn't recommend.

This is a great hotel location and whilst our room was small, it was fine for our stay. It was very quiet and comfortable. We would have preferred a walk-in shower rather than one over the bath but that is my only criticism. Staff were all very welcoming and helpful along with the team who cleaned the room. Transport was right underneath so it was perfect for getting around Tokyo. We used the Family Marts close by for the basics.

Super friendly staff who speak English! Rooms are very spacious and clean (stayed in a 3 bed room). Laundry service available for a small fee which was very convenient. Super close to the roppongi itchome station which is nice after a long day of walking. Free coffee coupon offered which was nice. Also next to a family mart for daily breakfast or late night snack runs.

This hotel was great. Our room was big and we were triple sharing. The bathroom was big too. The bed was comfy for Japan standards. The metro is right under the hotel with plenty of restaurants and a market. It was super convenient to get to anywhere in Tokyo. We were in Japan for 15 days and the staff in this hotel was the most welcoming and friendliest. I highly recommend this hotel. My 8yr old son loves it too. We didn’t buy breakfast from this hotel. Instead we opted for Paul’s bakery, a cafe, or market from the several restaurant options in the station.
