This is a pleasant holiday home in the southeast of Spain with a nice location near the sea. This property is ideal for sun holidays with family or friends.

The location of this holiday home is undoubtedly one of the highlights. Both the centre of Aguadulce and the sea with the accompanying beach are within walking distance of the property. You can relax the days on Playa de Aguadulce and Playa de las Salinas. A visit to Aquarium Costa de Almeria is very nice, especially for children.

The holiday home has a comfortable décor and a living room with a TV and a seating area. The well-equipped open kitchen offers you the opportunity to prepare your favourite dishes. Thanks to the air conditioning, the inside temperature is pleasant at all times.
