The hotel just got remodel everything is new and clean. Service was excellent, friendly workers especially the receptionist. Anything I needed was brought to me and right away. I truly recommend this hotel and plan to stay here again.

Deceiving and lacked customer service.
The customer service was horrible. The room I paid for wasn’t available. They weren’t trying to help and had an attitude when we asked questions. It isn’t near the beach nor the area to hang out which is how the hotel is advertised. We felt deceived and didn’t appreciate the customer service so I checked out within the hour and left. I won’t be returning there.

I arrived, the rooms were awful and they wanted to charge me more than I booked it for! I refused, and will let my cc company know that we did not stay there! They were awful and insisted on way too much for 2 nights! Totally unacceptable!

Great remodeled property very secure and safe. I bought a bunch of yard art and statues and left them in the back of my open truck bed all night and they were untouched. They have 24/7 security and are constantly cleaning outside and inside.

Clean and comfortable room, had hot water and AC. Didn’t use the tv but also had a tv. Easy to find and access. 5 minute drive from Downtown Rosarito. Check out isn’t until 1 pm which is nice. Affordable as well. Would recommend and come back to stay again.

Cuartos amplios y limpios, en buenas condiciones y con camas cómodas, mis inconvenientes fueron: parece ser parcialmente hotel y motel por lo que la habitacion no tenía clóset, se escuchó personal del hotel caminar y usar los radios de comunicación interna durante la madrugada, el hotel se encuentra justo al lado de la carretera y se escuchaban los carros lo que dificultó el descanso, también se llenó el estacionamiento y tuvimos que dejar nuestro auto en lote a unos metros del hotel, por el precio parece buena opción pero si el plan es descansar, buscaría otro lugar
