Petting zoo and a horse ranch nearby Large deck with gate. 5 min.from Higgins Lake and 5 min. from Houghton lake. Has a fire pit and fireplace. A little over an hr. from Boyne Mountain. Lots of natural light! Long driveway. Able to accommodate trailers and or boat. South Higgins state park 5 min. away to launch. Have all 5 star reviews!
