Our newly renovated cabin is a perfect space for friends, a romantic getaway, working remote, or an easy vacation for a full family. The cabin has plenty of space both indoor and outside to experience beautiful Lake Higgins and Roscommon.

Whether you are joining us for fun in the summertime or in blissful winter - this cabin has a perfect location to enjoy it all.

Perfect.
The cabin was perfect for our needs. Very close to the State Park where we had family staying. We were within walking and biking distance. Ample room for parking and outdoor activity. Great fire pit and outdoor eating area. Kitchen well stocked. Comfortable lounging and sleeping spaces. Lindsey, our host, was quick to respond to all inquiries.

Blue Haven
Blue Haven worked out perfectly for our families stay for a wedding weekend. Blue Haven had everything we needed for our stay and was located very close to North Higgins Lake State Park which is beautiful. We were close to the wedding venue and were able to enjoy a family fire and some s’mores the night before. We would stay again! Thank you Blue Haven!

Cute place, has everything you need
We had 3 adults, 4 kids and everyone slept comfortably. The bunk bed is bigger than it looks in the picture. Master is huge. Host communicated quickly. It’s actually a mile from North State park so not a 4 min walk like the description says. Definitely a quick drive though. Worth the price

Great spot!!!
There were 8 of us that stayed for a week. 5 adults and 3 kids ranging from 4-9 years old. It was perfect! The beds were comfortable. The upstairs bedroom with the private bath and sitting area was very nice. It's big enough to put an air mattress for extra sleeping spots if needed. The house was very clean with everything you need. They also have a shed with fishing gear, bikes and beach chairs. You can access the water right at the end of the street which has crystal clear water...very beautiful and shallow for the kids(there is not a beach there though) There are biking trails, orv trails, gas station and Dairy Queen right at the end of the street. The state park is a couple miles down the street with a nice beach and boat ramp if needed. You can also rent kayaks and paddle boards at the state park. The owners are very nice and reply quickly to any questions. We were able to checkin early also, which was a bonus. We really enjoyed our stay!! We would definitely stay again!!

Amazing cottage in the best part of Higgins
Wonderful property beautifully renovated and maintained on the north side of Higgins. Walk to the lake, Dairy Queen for ice cream and close to the state park and B&B marina. Great hosts, Lindsey was great and accommodating! Highly recommend.
